We stayed on a night where one in an Asian tour group smuggled a durian in a box which caused a scare around 11:40pm and firefighters were called. Despite this, the hotel staff handled it all professionally and our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you!"

We had a problem with the kettle (limescale buildup), and it was promptly replaced late in the evening. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Limerick city center is easily and quickly accessible by bus. We would stay here again."
