"The quality of service at this hotel depends on the front desk staff! I had a good stay 5 days ago, but the staff I checked in again 5 days later were terrible. I pay for service, not your sullen face. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have complained to the front desk lady with glasses who worked the night shift on August 21st! The toilet door wouldn't close, the TV wouldn't turn on, and there was urine on the toilet! I couldn't get through to the front desk, and going downstairs myself couldn't fix the problem either. They wouldn't change rooms, and even refused to give me a bottle of water when I asked for it in such hot weather! The facilities are outdated, and the low occupancy rate is entirely due to tour groups! This level of service is terrible! If you like to open blind boxes, you can try it! I've blocked her and will not stay here again!"

"It's good. The wooden floor is the same as the one at home. It feels like home and it feels cleaner than carpet. The whole house is smart and my kids like it. But there are no slippers in the bathroom, so it's not very convenient to take a shower. It's still quite cold to step in in winter. The air conditioner heats up slowly and it takes a long time to blow cold air before it warms up."
