"The location is good. There are restaurants nearby. The front desk service attitude is good."

"The family drove to Leping by themselves, this Tuwo is too suitable for self-driving tourists! Bring your own free parking lot, parking does not have to worry about. The room is well lit, hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the toiletries are complete and clean. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry room, and the roof can also dry clothes. It is just needed to take the baby. There are many snack bars around, you can walk to eat and go shopping, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and it is highly recommended for families to stay."

"The hotel environment was quite nice overall."

"I don't know if it's a problem with the entire county of Leping, or with the quality of the staff at their hotel. I feel like the service attitude is all over the place and indifferent. This is the hotel with the worst service attitude I've ever stayed in. 1: I booked two rooms and checked in together. I had to pay the deposit separately. After paying the deposit, I checked out. I didn’t give a proper refund. I only refunded the deposit for one room. I didn’t answer the phone and hung up. , and finally had no way to call Ctrip to complain, so the hotel took the initiative to contact Ctrip and asked for a lot of information before refunding the deposit; 2: The hotel obviously has charging piles, but all the cars parked there are gasoline trucks. And the strangest thing is that there are empty parking spaces next to the charging piles. A parking lot with hundreds of parking spaces already has one-third of the cars parked, but there are only a third of the cars parked there. The six charging parking spaces were full, and they were all gasoline trucks. When I reported it to the front desk, they said it had always been like this before and they would improve it in the future. This was a quality issue, right? 3: You are in a five-star hotel, and there are only two 260ml bottles of mineral water in one room. You called the front desk to ask for it, but you were still reluctant to give it to me, and finally gave it to you after saying something unpleasant; 4: In a five-star hotel, there is no razor in the room. I called the front desk and asked the front desk that they didn’t have any. I said I was recording audio. You said your five-star hotel doesn’t have razors, right? The front desk quickly said that they didn’t have it at the front desk, but the cleaning aunt had it, and asked the cleaning aunt to deliver it😒 5: No matter what I said when I booked the room, the front desk kept emphasizing that I booked a special room. I was convinced. I booked a room through Ctrip’s regular channel, but when I got to you, it was divided into three, six, and nine. Do I have to book a normal room at your front desk? If you don't want to order online, don't place your order online. The orders you place online are treated differently as special rooms. Isn't this a proper criticism of the Ctrip platform? Summary: The overall quality of hotel service personnel needs to be improved. We hope that the Ctrip platform will pay more attention to the quality of hotel personnel."

"I came in through the inner window. Outside the window was a utility room. The auntie was moving things inside and it was very noisy. The wash basin was not placed properly. I didn't know where the water on the countertop flowed. It flowed directly to the ground and got wet. The weather was 10 degrees, and the hotel didn't turn on the heating. I could only turn on the air conditioner. There were no ventilation windows. I could only sleep with the air conditioner on at 10 degrees. I couldn't sleep well all night. It was noisy when I opened the inner window. There was no water pipe to flush the toilet. How did the auntie usually flush the toilet? Just wipe it with a rag? It wouldn't be so clean this way. It's not a free parking lot managed by the hotel. It's a roadside parking lot. First come first served. If there's no parking lot on the roadside, there's no parking lot."

"The service attitude of the hotel is very good, the view of the breakfast room is very beautiful, it is a pity that I did not take pictures. There was a very good mood early in the morning, the room was large, and the comfort was very good. I liked the smell of the door. Their gym also has dumbbells and potbells. It is a really good hotel."

"The hotel is still good,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"

"It's alright, the taste is okay."

"I was very satisfied with my stay during my business trip. The hotel was quiet and clean, with smooth internet access, making work stress-free. The front desk was efficient and professional, and the rooms were meticulously cleaned daily. The location is excellent, transportation is convenient, the breakfast is clean and delicious, and the price is reasonable. It's very suitable for business trips and I highly recommend it to all business travelers!"
