"Staying at the Lanxi New Century Hotel reveals the delightful feeling of being "at home." When I first arrived in Lanxi, choosing the New Century Hotel seemed like a typical move, but I was unexpectedly struck by the attention to detail and warmth. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the service was like a spring breeze. The front desk staff not only efficiently checked me in, but also offered hot tea and provided detailed directions for exploring the surrounding area. Upon returning to my room, I found that the "extra pillow" I'd casually requested the night before was already neatly placed by the bed. Even when I called customer service late at night, the response was prompt and thorough, providing a worry-free stay in a strange city. Even more memorable was the hotel's breakfast, which was far more than just filling your stomach; instead, it was filled with Lanxi characteristics. Lanxi hand-rolled noodles, made to order, are chewy and smooth, topped with a secret pickled mustard greens and minced pork sauce, giving you a whiff of local flavor. Freshly baked egg dumplings are golden and crispy, their meaty aroma swirling through the egg liquid. Even two are enough to leave you wanting more. Local specialties like Qingming rice cakes and tofu dumplings, paired with freshly ground soy milk and freshly cut fruit, are both satisfying and evoke local memories. Even the pickiest of children couldn't help but exclaim, "This breakfast is worth getting up half an hour early." From attentive service to heartfelt breakfasts, Lanxi New Century Hotel embodies the quality of "Kaiyuan" with every detail, adding a memorable and heartwarming moment to my Lanxi trip."

"Traveling with family, the hotel environment is lovely, with a lake and lush trees. The front desk lady with the round face always had a smile. The butler's responses were also very quick. Breakfast was abundant and, more importantly, delicious. The complimentary dinner was exquisite and tasty. The housekeeping staff were also very enthusiastic and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The only downsides are that the lobby is on the second floor, so you absolutely need a shuttle to pick you up when you arrive at the hotel, otherwise it's an uphill climb, which is very inconvenient for seniors and young children. For safety reasons, the side gates leading to the hotel are always locked; you can only open them from the inside and can't swipe a card from the outside. Also, there were some insects in the room."

"The attitude of the front desk clerk was very good. They even upgraded the room type when I went there. However, the nightmare just started. 1. Toiletries should not be placed on the sink but on the bedside table. 2. There are only two cups on the sink in the entire room. Is it for washing or drinking water? 3. The shower head in the shower room is broken and sprays water up and down. 4. The nightmare started. I turned on the air conditioner at 26 degrees Celsius. I woke up from the heat less than an hour after sleeping. When I saw that the temperature was 29 degrees, I thought I had adjusted it wrong. I got up and checked to see that it was correct. I adjusted the temperature to the lowest setting and fell asleep again. It will change to 30 degrees in a while, which is called a depression. I went to the sauna twice in one night, barely slept, and checked out early in the morning."

"This is a new hotel with good facilities. There's no parking at the entrance, so you have to park in the parking lot across the street. It was a bit inconvenient during a downpour, especially since you had to wait for the rain to stop before unloading your luggage and then parking across the street. The room came with eight bottles of water, which is the first time I've seen so much. I didn't use any of it, but it was still a big thank you! 😄😄"

"This hotel may be an old hotel, the decoration in the room is very old, especially the smell of smoke in the room is very strong and pungent. Later, I contacted and was offered a different room the day before yesterday, but the air conditioner was so noisy that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep at night. The room hygiene is OK, but the breakfast is not so-so. I can only say that the hotel's location is good. It's just along the Lanjiang River. You can reach the food street within a few steps. It's nice to take a walk along the Yanjiang River after dinner."
