"This time I returned to Nujiang Lanping, and the whole family stayed at the Berman Hotel directly full of experience. I must seriously praise it! On the first day, I stayed in the street-facing room type. The noise of the road at night affected the rest. After communicating with the front desk in time, the staff was gentle and patient, and efficient and caring to help us change the room type for free. The communication was smooth throughout the process and the problem was handled with high efficiency. The overall decoration of the room is simple and atmospheric, the layout is spacious and transparent, the twin bed space is sufficient, and the family stays loose and comfortable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the marble is clean and tidy, and the large glass windows face the mountain city view, with a great view. The rooms are also intimately equipped with tea trays, fresh fruits, snacks and drinks, and the details are full of care. The hotel hardware configuration is standard for four stars, but the intimate and thoughtful service is completely given to the five-star stay experience. The overall environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are maintained in place, the service is meticulous and warm, and this is the first choice for returning to my hometown.
