"The location is decent, but you’ll still need a taxi to get almost everywhere — thankfully, taxis are inexpensive in Kuwait. You have to request amenities, which is a bit inconvenient, but the staff will provide them when asked. There is free self-service laundry available, though you need to bring or buy your own detergent. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of options. On my last day, there was no hot water in my bathroom, so I had to request that it be fixed. Staff are nice and helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is new, comfortable, and we had a pleasant overall experience. A special thanks to the Egyptian gentleman at the reception, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. In contrast, the receptionist lady was not as friendly or welcoming. One area for improvement would be housekeeping. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and towels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again."
