This hotel is in an absolutely great location. It’s vibey and full of vibrancy. The rooms are a little in the small side but that okay. The shower was great! Loved the welcome fruit. The breakfast didn’t have much for vegetarian eaters. But it was great that it was till 12:30. Overall great hotel! With a nice artsy vibe and a great skybar view and swimming pool. Downside was none of the staff spoke English. For an international chain this was shocking .

Traveled and used hotels in many places. But I've never been as impressed as I was at ibis Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street. The receptionist who took care of me on the afternoon of December 11th took very good care of me. I walked up to the room and inquired about it myself. Does the room smell? Is it comfortable to stay? We just gave a little feedback and the staff offered to change rooms immediately. Make every service easy. The welcome fruit was wonderful.

The Orange Hotel is good but not perfect. It was well-located (near shops, restaurants and Green Lake) and clean but we had some minor problems with the service and the facilities. It took persistence and two maintenance visits to fix the fridge, and the lighting was unnecessarily complex and unintuitive. There was also no direct lighting for the dining table, so we had to eat in the dark. Finally, even if not perfect, the Orange Hotel was great value and we would happily stay there again.

Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location. My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights !
