Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!"

"I had a great time at this hotel. Staff are very friendly. There’s a play area that my kids can play at near the breakfast area at the lobby. They even provided my kids with kids slippers and tooth brushes. The hotel is strategically located at Nanping Street near to many tourist spots. Nancheng Mosque is about 11mins away by foot and there is a halal restaurant there. There’s also a washer and dryer that guests can use at the hotel. All in all, I have no complaints. Would recommend the hotel to families."

"Excellent hotel! We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon, and it was just perfevt. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, giving us a nice welcome and even flowers for our honeymoon. We had rented one room with an outside courtyard, and they even gave us the option to check other rooms to see which was our favorite. Our room had a Southeast Asian style courtyard with a wonderful soaking tub. Truly a 10/10 stay all around. The hotel is also excellently located for exploring the center of Kunming, with great shopping and food within short walking distance. Highly recommend!"
