My whole family came to Yunnan for the Chinese New Year and I chose this hotel in Kunming. The air conditioner was broken at night and they moved me to another room. At 11:32 in the middle of the night, I dragged my luggage and changed rooms without any help from the staff. Then the bathroom towels were too dirty. I stayed for a few nights and the towels were not changed. I added WeChat to ask for a good review. How can I give such a good review? 中規中矩的一家全季，我出門一般經常會選擇全季酒店，或者某朵，這次是獨自駕車玩好撫仙湖之後過來昆明的，選擇他家，主要還是離教場路比較近、正是藍花楹怒放的時節，想過去看一看。酒店門前的馬路比較小，環境在鬧市中前面臨街，後面目前是片沒有開工的廢墟工地，但是酒店有自己的停車場，方便我停車。缺點是停車場的進口和出口都比較窄小而且也不容易找到，有點考驗車技了。酒店馬路對面就有加油站，這點對自駕車的客人特別有用！但酒店門口和前台也沒有設定醒目的停車引導標識。前台小妹辦理入住是很快速的，但也實在太心急了些，我還沒入住，她就讓我給好評，房間都沒看到呢，如何給你點好評。建議服務員提升下規範接待用語。早餐比較簡陋單調，建議提高一點兒。房間乾淨，床品睡着也不錯，最好的是酒店有自助洗衣房，帶烘乾機的，這對出遠門旅行的人特別有用了。在六樓還看到有健身房，可惜這次沒有去體驗
