Hot spring Hotels in Kunming

I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

Excellent resort style hotel in the heart of Kunming.. Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Service was also excellent and attentive. Would highly recommend if staying in Kunming.

Decent brand name Wanda but even with renovation the decoration inside the room is still quite ‘old’. The hotspring is not genuine hotspring water. The music show is ok but the music speaker system is very poor as we can’t hear the music or singing at all - just muffling! The hotel can do with better upgrading. Also, as the location is not near anywhere convenient for restaurant food or shopping, suggest Wanda to provide a shuttle service to the Wanda shopping centre and other tourist locations.

The location is very good. It is right on the edge of Dian Lake. It is quiet in the bustle. When others are tired and have to drive back to the hotel by taxi, guests with lake view can just walk a few steps back to their rooms to rest. The service staff also give people a good sense of distance. They are neither too cold, which seems untrained and do not meet the standards of a star hotel, nor are they too enthusiastic, which seems to over-service and please the guests. There are fruits and free drinks every day. Although it is not worth much, it gives people the impression that this is a grand and thoughtful hotel. I think this is the brilliance of the hotel and deserves to be continued. There is an airport pick-up service, which is definitely more expensive than Didi, but it is acceptable. After all, it is a hotel car and it is a voluntary consumption. Thanks to Master Zhang who sent us off to the airport for sticking to his post during the Spring Festival and introducing us some stories about Kunming and Dianchi Lake. I would like to make a suggestion. The meal price is slightly high and there is a service fee (maybe it is based on the consumption of golf), which is beyond my acceptance range (everyone’s spending power or concept is different). I suggest you make appropriate adjustments, and maybe also It will further increase revenue for the hotel. If given the opportunity, I will stay here again. The hotel is within the National Normal University, and it also bears the name of the Normal University institution. Overall it's okay, old-school four-star level. Stayed for two nights in a row. The room cleaning on the second day was not very good. There were hairs on the sink and there were no tea bags (but it doesn't matter if you live alone). The breakfast is very ordinary. It is recommended to add espresso or American style, not just G7 coffee (Vietnamese Nestle, awesome). The rice noodles are okay. The swimming pool and gym belong to the National Normal University. I have no experience with the hot springs, so I can’t comment. The biggest advantage is that you can go directly to the National Normal University from the swimming pool, which is very convenient. The scenery on campus is very good, including a small forest park. The hotel is the second best in the university town, the first is Hampton.

Stay in the hotel's parent-child suite for four consecutive nights and get free daily hot springs. I love this hot spring. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools for children, and children's pool toys can be rented. I really like the outdoor soup pool. There are various kinds of soup pools, surrounded by green bamboos, and the water temperature is comfortable. There are few people and I often enjoy a soup pool alone, which is very comfortable. Sunshine, breeze, lush plants, I like it so much😍My children also like the parent-child suite

The garden-style environment, I thought it was the old hotel hardware should not work, but unexpectedly, the smart equipment is very complete.
