The hotel is conveniently located near the Cultural centre and a few minutes walk to the stations. The staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for a short stay in Kobe

Most comfortable bed that I stay in Japan for the past 2 months. Lucky we stay here for 4 nights. Bed is very firm but not hard which is good for our back. Room is very clean and bathroom is spaces that I can sit on bath tub and shower. It would be perfect if the room is slightly bigger. They charge parking for 2000¥ for night which is too high for me but the front desk young lady ( ********* girl) who was very friendly and helpful, she recommended me to park my car at nearby coin parking which cost me on 800¥ for 24 hours. The location of Kobe Lumen Hotel is very good. It is in the city and the parking lot is easy to find. It is in the alley directly opposite the hotel and the price is reasonable. The hotel service is very good. We arrived very late and the check-in time was past, but they did not neglect us and arranged to check in immediately. When we checked out in the morning, we were 5 minutes late and they did not say anything. They were very gentle. The room was very clean and warm. The sound insulation effect was very good and suitable for living. In short, because of the comparison with the previous one, this one is simply heaven. The only flaw is that the room is a little small. Everything else is acceptable, mainly because of the cheap price.

The room was larger than I expected and had everything I needed. It was less than 10 minutes by subway from Sannomiya and about 10 minutes from the nearest station, so it was a good value. No breakfast, but there is a food and drink space in the lobby, with microwave oven and electric pot available. After the AEON MALL closes, there are few restaurants open, so be careful when arriving at night. There was one convenience store in front of the station and one just a short walk from the hotel. Restaurants outside the central market are open during the day. The seafood bowl was delicious. There are people at the front desk only from 9:00 to 24:00.

This Toyoko feels good, simple and fast, with skin care products and milk, breakfast is free. Trip.com breakfast is delivered when booking, and the price of breakfast is similar to that of other hotels without breakfast, the service is also very good, the bedding is clean

It's a 3-star rating, but there are no good advantages or disadvantages. The price is affordable and the location is not far from the subway station. There are supermarkets and supermarkets nearby, and some food is sold near Xinkaidi Station. You can just make do with it!

It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station. It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The location is convenient and the environment is OK. The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room I booked was quite spacious with a nice wide bed. It's good that they have a laundry room, but with only three washer-dryers, the wait times can be quite long during busy periods. One day, I missed the 10 AM deadline for putting out the 'Please Clean Room' sign by just ten minutes, and unfortunately, my room wasn't cleaned that day. While I understand rules are there for a reason, a little more flexibility in service would be appreciated. Also, ice machines are only available on two floors, which is a slight inconvenience. The restaurant on the hotel's second floor was excellent. I had dinner there, and the dishes were all very well-prepared. I just realized I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I'll share a couple of pictures of Kobe instead.

Located in the central business district, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hanshin Sannomiya Station. The walk itself is quite enjoyable, lined with numerous restaurants, gourmet food stalls, and chic boutiques, so the distance wasn't an issue at all. Considering the price, the room was more than satisfactory – clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was also excellent. I even found that paying directly at the front desk upon arrival offered a slightly better rate than booking for the next day, making it fantastic value for money. This place is a paradise for shoppers, with a The North Face store right downstairs and other popular brands like Arc'teryx, Mont-bell, Blue Bottle Coffee, and Issey Miyake just a stone's throw away. The area still feels quite local and hasn't been heavily touristed, offering a more genuine and relaxed Japanese experience. The hotel's proximity to the sea also offers a delightful evening stroll to the port, where you can enjoy quiet, undisturbed views. The gentle night air and boundless romantic serenity were truly therapeutic.
