老實說一開始看到評論覺得會很差，這家全日本很多連鎖的想說也不會差到哪去，姬路的就住過兩次，直到看到現場首先飯店的服務是不錯的，但進了房間後都是煙味也可能是我沒訂禁煙房，再來就是廁所有蟑螂，跟櫃台反應他們給我們換了新的，如果不看廁所的話整體是沒有到非常髒，但這價格也不能說什麼，但我覺得我寧可加錢去住別間

正直内装と設備は良くないです。
電気も最大でも薄暗くお風呂場も異様な匂いがしました。
1人で基本的に換気をしてれば気になりませんが、デート等で使うのはおすすめできません。

性價比很高的酒店，離新開地車站100米距離，二號樓口出來轉個彎就到了。房間很大，還有微波爐。廁所也比其他酒店大點。就是前台有個印度小哥，好像聽不懂英語，我的食物忘在冰箱裏麪了，追回去拿，衹幫我拿了部分。還有一個蛋糕沒有給我。

お風呂は汚い、使えないコンセントあり、ベットの下はタバコの吸い殻やお菓子のゴミ、知らない人のストッキング。部屋の電気の調節できない、吐き気がしました。

酒店距離新開地地鐵站步行100m，很近，交通方便。到中華街兩站路，或者沿着商店街逛過去也就半小時一小時
設施比較老，特別是衞生間浴缸這些細節上有些損壞什麼的。但是房間很大很寬敞，性價比極高

神戸とあったので、神戸駅から近いと思っていたら結構遠くて
写真を見た限り新しく思ったのですが、実際行くと全体的に凄くレトロで設備もですし、旅館のような匂いがどこに行っても部屋もしていて怖かったです。お風呂がジャグジー付きなのですがこれも全体的に古過ぎてビックリしました。
隣の部屋の防音もなく、筒抜けでした。
掃除が行き届いておらず、埃が凄かったですしテレビも古くリモコンも汚かったです。
ただ、費用がかなり安かったのでそれなりな感じです。
