Search Kobe Hotels

We chose this hotel as it was very near all the shopping streets. However, for the price we paid (about SG$120 per night), it is definitely not worth it. Before arriving at Kobe, was paying the same room price (and even less) at Osaka and Kyoto but these other hotels were way way better. Breakfast was very sad, can skip and go elsewhere to eat. Room was so so cramped. Overall it is no value for money.

It is a large hot spring resort hotel in Arima, so all aspects of the facilities and services are quite complete: 1. Location and transportation: It is a 10-minute walk from Arima Onsen Station. From Kansai International Airport, take a bus for 1 hour and 5 minutes to Kobe Sannomiya Bus Terminal, and then take a 30-minute bus to Arima Onsen. Then take a 2-minute shuttle or walk for 6 minutes to the hotel; you can also take a bus from Hankyu Express Bus Osaka Umeda Station and Kyoto Station, or transfer to the subway or tram in Kobe City. 2. Facilities and services: There are hot spring baths on the upper floors and underground, and the baths are large and spacious. There is also a large garden and swimming pool, which are beautiful to take pictures of day and night. The package I ordered includes breakfast and dinner, and the room minibar is free. There are all kinds of beer and drinks that I can't drink. In addition, there are drink coupons for coffee, juice and wine in the bar. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with both Japanese and Western styles, and many freshly made specialties; the dinner dishes include Kaiseki cuisine including Kobe beef, and the dining environment and food products are worth the price. 4. Various room types: The room I booked can accommodate 4 people, with two beds and 4 tatami mats on the floor. This type of room is not easy to find. The room is spacious, with a long sofa facing the view. 5. Customer service: The hotel front desk will deliver the luggage to the room, introduce all the facilities, dining and hot spring methods, and how to wear a yukata, which is very complete. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to the hot spring street, which runs every 20 minutes, and it is only 500 meters away on foot.

The male waiter at the front desk who checked in had a poor attitude. The hotel has a great location. Check in is on the 17th floor, the top floor. The view is super beautiful. You can see the most beautiful lights in Kobe at night. The lighting in the hotel room is dim, the facilities are complete, and it is very clean. I will choose to stay there next time I come to Kobe. The city view room has a view of the town. The interior is similar to other rooms. It is more convenient to take an outdoor hot spring on the same floor, but you need to go to the lobby on the first floor to get the key. The hotel facilities are user-friendly. The staff are very nice. It is worth coming to Arima. A wonderful memory

The hotel look a bit old but everything were fine Spacious room with sufficient facilities The location of the hotel is convenient which you could reach out to Metro/ JR within 10mins walk There are Donki, 7-11, Family Mart nearby and you can get all you need One problem with the hotel is the slope before entering the hotel. Will be tough if you are having heavy luggage with you

Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.

Compare with the price, the overall value is good. Because of the recent typhoon conditions, we canceled part of our trip. And decided to extend our stay in this hotel. We call them to change it before we heading to Japan. We found out booking the same room in Trip.com is much cheaper than call in. We highly recommended checking the Trip.com App. first. 👍👍

A choice that completely exceeded my expectations! I like the local culture more because I stayed in a hotel! The service is perfect! The details are really admirable. Highly recommended!
