その名のとおり、神戸港の一角で、温泉が楽しめます。一階に外来入浴可能な温泉、10階には宿泊客専用の温泉があります。一階の温泉はツツジの紅と新緑の若葉に囲まれており、庭池の緋鯉、いや鮒かな？、にでもなった気分でのんびり休めます。10回の温泉からは海、空が見渡せ、雄大な気分になれます。部屋は温泉旅館とホテルの融合スタイルなのか、半分畳部屋様です。畳部分は使いませんでした。外には広いバルコニーがあり、海が見降ろせます。食事はビュッフェスタイルで、慌ただしい感じ。リゾートホテルなのか、温泉旅館なのか、不思議な感じです。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kobe Portopia Hotel, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning location. It's without a doubt that I would wholeheartedly give this establishment a well-deserved 5-star rating.

our previous stay was in 2015, hence we are back again. the design of the rooms was fantastic and realistic! Room space were large and practical. Along to way from the train station to the hotel, we were greeted by some local GROs - they were so KAWAII! Also,. DON DONKI is just nearby - we bought some necessities there. What's disappointing on the entrance to the hotel, was there ramp to the up and only escalator to the front desk. I only there is a elevator some corner, but there are lack of signs to show it. Next, the shower room requires through cleaning as able to spot some hairs and water marks from previous guests.

Hotel location very near to Sannomiya Station (JR & Subway) & easy to access. All staff are very kind & helpful. I arrived early at the hotel & leave all my luggage at front desk until my reserved room is ready to check-in. Thoroughly, I am very satisfied with the hotel services and for sure will coming back to stay here for my next business trip to Kobe.

All the staff were very polite and welcoming. The check in and check out procedure was fast even though there was a lot of people queueing, it took me 5 minutes to finish that process. The staff were very helpful to bring my luggage up to my room. The room was small, but it was very comfortable to stay. The view from the hotel room was extremely nice. I booked this hotel because I would like to use the swimming pool, but I didn’t know that I need to pay entrance fee in order to use their swimming pool. The view from the gym and the swimming pool was extremely beautiful.  I recommend this hotel to you all because all the transportation and convenience store are exactly near the hotel (Shikensen 新幹線/ local subway 地下鐵/ local bus) there’s a lot of attraction near the hotel as well. Some special information: if you would like to use the swimming pool, they will charge you around 2000 yen or more need to check it in their website ;)

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is not far from the core area of ​​Sannomiya (commercial streets and stations, which are the main places visited by tourists), and it can be reached in a short walk. And it happens to be not far from America Park, which is perfect for a walk at night. I think the hotel itself is neat and clean. Since I'm only staying in Kobe for one night, I basically don't have time to stay in the hotel. I just want to spend the night, so the experience is not particularly profound. I just think it's convenient and has no other worries.

It seems to aim between Vijiho and luxury hotels, and the price range is also aiming at it. It is a strategy aimed at the young man now, and it is cool. The room is not so large. So there is no closet. The suitcase is difficult to spread. However, it may be due to the room, but the toilet and bathroom are separate types. Shower head and temperature are good. Of course, the basic function as a Vijiho is available. Power outlet - everywhere. Convenient. Wi-Fi - Very fast TV - connectable with the net. Latest. Toilet - Latest Amenities - This is ok... Location - There are many delicious shops around. However, it seems that it is a little far from the station... JIM-I don't go. This side is also between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Personally, it is the best if there is a hot water pool, but if you go there, it is a luxury hotel or... I stayed in Rem plus Sannomiya directly connected to Sannomiya station. Both are new hotels, and the price range and strategy are similar, but I personally like this Royal Park. Which is a cool strategy for young people. However, the convenience of the location is definitely better.

Chose this hotel as I was attached by the line” renovated in 2023” in trip.com. It did not live up to my expectation as the room was rather old esp carpet, not feeling it’s clean. The twin beds were small while the picture didn’t show that they were that small. Well, the description was like 0.9-1.4m wide so I can’t blame anyone given it’s a wide range in the bed size. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. The view was great. All in all, it’s not a bad experience if you can manage yourself with the misnomer description of “renovation”.
