From check-in, she was incredibly warm and professional, not only efficient but also thoughtfully explaining local transportation and dining options, making me feel right at home instantly. This kind of meticulous service really made my tiring trip much more pleasant and relaxing. The hotel facilities are also excellent and perfectly meet the needs of business travelers. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the desk and chair were designed very ergonomically, so working for long periods didn't feel tiring. Plus, the hotel offers a free self-service laundry room and gym, which is a huge bonus for long-term business travelers to wash away their fatigue and stay presentable. Breakfast was another highlight; it was diverse and well-balanced, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes, along with authentic local specialties, all tasting fantastic. Starting each day with such a delicious and hearty breakfast really energized me for work. All in all, my stay was a perfect 10 – both the facilities and the soft services were impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure!"
