My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep. The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available. The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!"

"The hotel was very big. The pool facilities with water slides were amazing. We stayed in a room closed to the corridor, so in the night it was a little bit noisy. The hotel organised some activities such as Karaoke singing or Spanish dancing nights, or aqua arobics at the pool. The buffet at the restaurant including all-you-can drink was a good offer. All in all we were happy."

"We booked this hotel temporarily when we were transiting from Marrakech to Agadir. Service: The hotel service was very good. We checked in at 2 a.m. and the staff was still waiting for us on the roadside. We were a little scared by the forced consumption culture of Marrakech, and we didn't dare to pay attention to the staff at first. Hygiene: I personally think there is no problem with hygiene, but because the level of Agadir hotels is generally backward, it can't be said to be particularly good. Because the hotel decoration is relatively old, the bathroom does not look particularly new. The hotel is also very quiet and the sound insulation effect is very good. Facilities: The decoration is very much like a warm little home, and I feel more comfortable than the beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water for the shower in room 314 where we stayed was connected in reverse. The hot water didn't come out for a long time. I called the staff over at 3 a.m. and he helped me turn it to the other side, laughing. By the way, this hotel does not have a beach, and there is a small running water installed indoors. If you pursue the beach, you can stay in ocean blub, the beach is cleaner"

"Hotel is run down a little. Rooms need attention. AC didn’t work as efficiently. Got given a single bed when I requested a double. Morning staff (Male manager) were not willing to help. Night staff were more helpful. Pool area was okay, but the pool staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is good. A lot of cute cats around the hotel. WiFi works great. Location is awesome. Shower is a little slow. No bidet if you are used to having one. Overall was decent apart from my single bed nightmare. Was not happy about that being 6ft3 in height and built quite muscularly."

"I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately"
