Good overall although cleaning is not done at all and towels are changed every other day.
The setting is pleasant and the staff are very attentive and attentive.

Room condition is okay. Because it is an apartment, there is a large refrigerator (refrigerator + freezer), an induction cooker, and a kitchen where you can do dishes.
The room was quite large and the terrace was nice, but it was a bit disappointing that the shower booth in the bathroom was small and the sink was small, so there wasn't enough space to put toiletries.
Breakfast is not provided, and you have to pay separately to use the spa and gym.
Also, there was no brochure in the room, so if you wanted to use the service, you had to go to RECEPTION and inquire.
Because it was a newly built building, it was overall clean, but the intention to revisit was a bit low.

The hotel looked good and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was located close to the beach and the souk.
The equipment in the kitchen could be better. There were no knives, oil, salt & pepper. It would also be good if they provided a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge.

The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable bed! We came to Agadir after traveling all around Morocco and before leaving, to get some relax and we definitely got that at this hotel.
We did not use the kitchen at all but it seemed functional enough for a short stay. However, no basics are provided (drinking water, salt, etc). The bathroom and the room in general were clean.
The hotel has access to a bigger pool as well but you’re not told so when checking in. You can ask at the reception and they will show you where it is.
Location is also good as it’s not far from the beach and there are many restaurants around.
Only downside is the fact that you have to pay a deposit when checking in. Very unusual for a hotel. Nevertheless, the money was given back to us at check out with no problem (we paid in cash).

stay away from this property. My room was infested with cockroaches. they were everywhere crawling, even crawling on me while i was asleep

Very nice stay with walking distance to the beach, around 15 min.
I wish they had dishsoap to was dished and maybe oil, vinager, salt and pepper.
