Oasis Hotel & Spa

All my stay air conditioned didn't worked . Room was like sauna. I couldn't leave open window because terrible noises from busy street. Location is perfect. Sunday breakfast was very plain. Literally couple things. On ather days was good. Coffee and tea was delicious.

Pictures: I attached 9 pictures for broken lock and bathroom. There was few minor issues as well but most important are described below. Reception: Person who check me in asked for tax to be paid so I said OK. He asked for 150 MAD so I paid. Once I went to my room I checked previous bill issued by Trip and it was only €10.20 which is more less 110-112MAD but receptionist asked for 150MAD so 30% more. I came back to reception about half an hour later to challenge him but he tried to trick me that I am paying different tax, not tax from my bill etc. but once he realised I will not let him go he asked me if I want any refund for overpayment. I paid him with GBP where official exchange rate was 12MAD but obviously he lied it is 11MAD. They got exchange point on site and rate there was 12.10MAD. Management should investigate this young mid age men trying to cheat their own clients with amount and exchange rate. Two ladies came there soon after I paid him my local tax so he told them that exchange point is closed now (how come 1 min earlier it was open for me ? Joke.) Room cleanliness: Room was so so but bathroom was very BAD = very BAD. Bathroom has mould around silicone, tube has strange stains = see my pictures attached so you can judge yourself how it is. TV: has no foreign channels with foreign languages.

I had a conference to end in a nearby hotel. My stay was smooth. Right by the beach where I could have a nice walk in the evening. Very clean hotel. Nice staff.

The hotel is in a great location with a nice swimming pool. No water bottles provided which I believe is a basic requirement.

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

Good location close to cable car. Communal area nice. In the rooms, some are recently renovated and great, some are poorer but awaiting renovation. Balconies and terraces would benefit from a little furniture. The pool area is great with plenty sunbeds. Snack bar food is good. Hotel evening meal is mediocre. Food isn’t hot if you don’t go as it opens. I would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Very clean , the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Booked a double double room for my daughters so they have they're own double beds in one room but gave us a bed that was smaller than a single bed saying that's all that is available absolutely disgusting behaviour by the bold guy at reception will not book again. Don't pay extra for bedrooms they'll only give you what they have at the time.
