萬達3號公寓，購物方便，交通便利，衹是房齡長，樓道舊，電梯舊，一進大廳還有寵物尿騷味兒，好在我不討厭寵物。房間裏很大，還有長條沙發，該有的硬件配置都有，工作人員態度好，就是沒有免費停車場，附近有很多個收費停車場，工作人員推薦了對面的中國電信地面停車場，過夜10元，説萬達地下停車場要40元，為了省一點錢，我們選擇了電信停車場，沒成想第二天一早取車發現車前右臉被嚴重刮傷，停車場大姐還犟説我們來的時候就有傷，於是報警，110很快來了，去交警隊調取監控錄像，鎖定兩輛嫌疑車輛，之後交警大隊讓自己去跟停車場溝通，我們回來後讓大姐提供兩個車輛訊息，大姐衹能提供一台，經過視頻比對，排除了嫌疑，另一台她説沒有，也是長來停車的附近上班的，那我們要求她先賠償我們修車費用，然後她再去跟嫌疑車輛要錢，她不同意，於是再次以糾紛報案，淮安市公安局片區民警很快出警，根據交警隊提供的線索，經過視頻調查，找到了肇事車輛，並聯繫了車主，在公安局我們雙方簡單説了一下，對方承認刮傷了我車，但説淮安修車就150元，我沒同意，後來協商後，賠償了我450元修車費，（我跟保險公司定損員聯繫普通修車場修理要400-500元，我的車漆是珍珠白，還要貴），想着我後邊還要有小2000公里的路程，順利最重要，賠點錢就賠點吧。公安局人員沒有參與，也沒有讓我們簽和解書之類的就各自離開了，辦事效率很高。這期間停車場沒有一個人跟來協助調查。淮安交警隊的同志積極配合，並告訴我們最快的解決方案，淮安公安局的同志也在我們的強烈爭取下，搶時間調查。我提出要給這兩個單位的同志寫好評意見，表揚信，他們都拒絕了。下午12:55分，我們出發去南昌。

My ETC will have to pay the parking fee the next day, but the front desk still called me at the time. This is very good. The bus station is next to the hotel, and the food street is downstairs.
