相當推薦的一家酒店，在淮安應該排名第一！
設施：酒店位置就在御碼頭，景區旁邊，非常好找，門頭低調奢華。停車場在景區內，車位多，進出方便。酒店一共兩層，環境安靜設施完善。房間空調很足，還有空氣凈化器，茶吧零食品種很多，水吧也有四五種飲品，贈送的飲用水都是巴馬鉑泉，品質還是很高的。贈送的水果盤也很豐盛。早餐很豐盛，除了當地名吃，選擇很多，菜品供應也很及時補充。牛肉麪牛肉很多，口味也很好，早上意外發現還有大蝦天婦羅，很難得。
服務：特別表揚服務，店裡所有人服務意識都很強，説明管理規範，員工工作態度積極認真。首先下訂單後提前一天就聯繫溝通來人來車等訊息，到店服務人員專門迎接，提行李。辦理入住也很快，專人送到房間，詳細介紹房間設施使用等，主動送上被子等，給小朋友準備專門洗浴用品牙具等。進店體驗感覺很貼心，感覺全程都有店裡服務人員的身影，下午帶你插畫，晚上帶你遊運河。睡前還有睡前甜湯和微醺小酒。上午還有品茶，下午茶也很豐盛，好多人打卡。

這趟旅行全家都太滿意了，首先位置很好，出門就是裏運河，晚上特別美，還有寶藏市集可以逛，附近的胖子麪館、孫家麪館和幾家淮揚菜，都很好吃也不貴。酒店特別温馨，到處有鮮切花，品味不俗，每個工作人員都很周到，有入住禮物、手繪卡片和退房時的伴手禮，每天都有水果和飲料，還有晚安甜湯。安排的非遺布藝製作和傳統小吃製作活動，孩子也都很喜歡。兒子腳崴了，還給了雲南白葯噴霧。總之特別特別喜歡這裏，還會再去

基本上花間堂出品必屬精品，酒店位置非常好，後邊就是御馬頭，還有大運河，花街，鬧中取靜，外邊鑼鼓喧囂，人聲鼎沸，但是在酒店裡就很安靜，非常適合度假。
設施很新，住起來很舒服，房間也夠大，而且景色非常棒，服務更不用説了，能在國內酒店排到前幾位的。基本前台是有求必應，本來想住一天，然後因為服務又多續了一天。
小姐姐非常熱情，積極推薦了周圍好吃好玩的，而且各種服務細節注重的非常好，例如我媳婦兒過生日，小姐姐幫她拍了照片，打印照片放在木頭相框裏送給了我媳婦兒，這波服務我給滿分。
用的礦泉水和青島瑞吉是一個檔次的（青島瑞吉在我們山東是頂奢酒店），小吧枱裏的各種飲料和北京寶格麗用的是一樣的，而且還有各種小零食，全是免費的。
美中不足停車場有些遠，介紹説是150米，保守估計要有三四百米，早餐不錯，但是在餐廳訂的正餐確實比較一般。
基本就是淮安最好（最貴）的酒店了，所以無論是出差度假，選這裏準沒錯。

太太太好啦！！看到滿分無差評，訂了淮安花間堂，滿滿的驚喜；提前一天有管家聯繫，從進門開始就感受到了酒店的熱情，服務特別好，貼心、細心、暖心；前台的冷泡茶超級好喝，我們要出去玩，給孩子拿了手持電扇、紙巾、水，最最方便的是分裝的花露水，太實用；給我們大人拿了冷泡茶，開開心心出門玩耍；説説房間，我們訂的煙波大床房，水果很新鮮，迷你水吧的種類很多（全免），還有零食（全免），都是小朋友喜歡的，玩回來4點多，正是補充能量的時間，小零食很合適，尤其是草莓幹，被種草了，可以無限回購那種，洗手間的玫瑰花、浴鹽精緻的擺放，身心愉悦，乾濕分離很徹底；晚上還有晚安甜品，可以直接送到房間，我們11點多回去，就給我們送來了；酒店的活動也很豐富，我和寶貝做了插花、香篆，我先生在一邊品茶（酒店的茶道也是很 OK 的），好喝；晚上酒店安排了夜遊大運河

位置離清江大閘、花街、運河很近。硬件設施非常好，五星級的感覺，無論是大堂、餐廳、還是房間。更讓我驚奇的是我遇到的所有服務人員都熱情周到，簡直想要給六顆星了。房間裏的零食和飲料全部免費，這些零食的品質也相當不錯。這家酒店可以説是我最近幾年在國內住過的最滿意的酒店了。如果考慮到價格，簡直就是物超所值了！強烈推薦！

酒店開業不久，所以很新，裝修的風格也很有特色。酒店位置優越，出門就是運河文化長廊的起點，白天晚上各有特色，晚上主要是燈光好看，白天沿湖景色也很不錯，個人更喜歡白天的美景。車停在景區的停車場，步行到酒店也不遠。第一天入住因為人少，早上的自助餐沒開，是點單的，感覺有點失望，沒有什麼特色也很簡單，第二天早上是自助早餐，水準一下就上去了，品種多而且品質非常好，也很精緻有特色，不同於其他的五星級酒店，很有自己的特色風格，衹是圖片拍少了。下次來淮安還會住這裏，這裏離河下古鎮等景點有半小時車程，酒店環境好，乾淨衞生，前台服務熱情。咖啡吧的小姑娘很專業，拉花做的很漂亮。

華住旗下的酒店住着都沒有失望過
環境：就在裏運河廣場邊上，出行非常方便
服務：服務熱情，入住時送了禮品，離店時又送了禮品，離店時隨身包落在大堂沙發上，打車去車站路上前台來電話，趕緊回去取了，前台熱心的給送出來。
衞生：衞生到處打掃的都很乾凈
設施：去年才開的酒店，設施非常新。
自助早餐非常好，咖啡是一樓咖啡吧現做的，比其他酒店的自助咖啡機做出的好喝太多，我喝了兩杯還沒喝夠👍
