San Want Hotel

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to get around whether by taxi or on foot. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with spacious rooms that have good ventilation and natural light. All the toiletries you need are provided, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and efficient, always quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.

As someone who's loved Wang Wang snacks since childhood, staying at a Shenwang Hotel is a must for any trip! Wang Wang Snacks: There were little snacks from check-in, which made my kid very happy. Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The hotel is a bit old, but still a comfortable stay. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly towards children.

This was my first time staying at a Want Want Group hotel. I booked two rooms, one decorated and one not, with a price difference of over 100 yuan, just to make my kids happy. Seeing the snacks certainly did the trick. The whole hotel revolves around Want Want, so for fans of the brand, it would genuinely feel like a treat. The hotel has EV charging stations, though the parking lot is a bit dim. The hotel itself is a bit dated; the facilities feel like they could just about get by, but are definitely in need of a renovation. What stood out to me was the excellent water pressure, though the shower head was fixed. You can order takeout, and it's all left at the front desk. Overall, it was okay; mainly it was about experiencing the presence of Want Want.

The hotel is decorated with Wangwang (a popular cartoon character) elements, which makes it look lively, but other aspects are disappointing. This will likely be my first and last stay. 1. Service: The staff's attitude was lukewarm, especially the front desk staff, who always seemed impatient when asked questions. 2. Cleanliness: The room I was given upon check-in had a strong musty smell and was uninhabitable. I was given a different room, which was better, but still felt dim and unclean. 3. Environment: There's a small park opposite the hotel and several large shopping malls nearby, making shopping convenient. However, the second floor of the hotel seems to be a KTV; even though I stayed on a floor above the 10th floor, there was constant shouting at night, making it very noisy when trying to sleep.

This is an established hotel, and my child loves the Want Want theme, so we came here. They provided some Want Want snacks in the room upon check-in, and the room service staff were very welcoming. It's an older hotel, so the facilities aren't as new as some newly opened ones, but everything else was good.

The hotel was very clean, the environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent, especially the availability of Want Want snacks, which kids love. The breakfast selection was wider and the quality was good, but the breakfast I had didn't have any meat; it only had wontons and starchy sausages, and I felt like I ate a lot but still wasn't full.
