"Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman. The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb. Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge. It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!"

"Family trip during Chinese New Year. Location was good, not too far from main area (ancient town) and staffs were friendly. Cotton candy was welcome treat. If i visit Huai’an again, i will stay here again!"
