Kuhio Banyan ★★
A budget-friendly Waikiki stay featuring in-room kitchenettes, beach gear, and a central location close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort ★★★★
A beachfront Waikiki resort featuring five pools, a private lagoon, lush tropical grounds, and endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Waikiki ★★★
"I had a wonderful stay here. First off, the location is absolutely fantastic: the W line is right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient to get to the airport, Pearl Harbor, and the International Market. There are plenty of dining options and ABC stores nearby, and the Hilton hotel beach is directly across the street, easily walkable. We went there every day to play in the sand, enjoy the sea breeze, and watch the sunset – it was so much fun! 🥳 The room itself was very spacious. Although the facilities are a bit older, everything you need is there, including a fridge and a microwave. The only minor issues were that the fridge and air conditioner sometimes made noise, but it wasn't a major disturbance. However, light sleepers might want to consider this. The hotel rooms are very quiet, with no noisy commercial streets nearby, which was perfect. On the second floor, there's a free water dispenser, an ice machine, and washing machines, which would be very convenient for longer stays. The front desk staff were also very nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant check-in experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."
Royal Grove Waikiki ★★
"Excellent location near Waikiki Beach, with restaurants and shops nearby. Decent value for the price."
Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort ★★★★★
"good fun"
Polynesian Hostel Beach Club ★★★
"The best thing about it was how affordable it was. It's right by the beach and has a dome-like structure, so people come and go on the bunk beds almost every day, but everyone is friendly if you strike up a conversation, so it's perfect for people who don't mind that kind of environment. The reception staff were also nice and helpful. If I ever go to Hawaii again, I'll book it again."
Waikiki Malia ★★★★
"Location of hotel, cleanliness, and service are great. Pool is small but not crowded as most visitors opt for the beach. Moving through the parking garage is very tight - recommend smaller vehicles only."
Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani ★★★★
"Compared to Marriott, this is a terrible value. It's far from the beach. The price for three nights was what I paid for four nights at Marriott, and it was still a small studio room. There was no service, and the room was very small. It's not a resort-style stay. Avoid it!"
FIRST CABIN INTERNATIONAL HAWAII ★★★
"Even though it was a room-only plan, there was a Target nearby, so we could eat things we bought there, plate lunches, or even items we brought from Japan in the common area lobby. It was great that there was a microwave, a fridge, and a toaster!"
