We arrived late for our early flight , check in was smooth. Next to the check in counter they have an area for guests to do a quick fixed via the vending machines.
Room was compact and equipped with necessary equipment and amenities.
Airport Shuttle bus was a great value , bus schedules were frequent
Cleanliness is acceptable

Staying at Hong Kong Disney Explorer hotel was an absolute dream! The moment I walked in, the explorer-themed decor transported me to a world of adventure. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with beds so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and convenient. And the on-site dining? Delightful! It offered a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate. I can't wait to go back!

We got a good deal on Trip.com to book Regal Airport Hotel.
The hotel offers the greatest convenience for transit passengers, with a full range of facilities.
We arrived early on the day of check-in. We were checked in by Anson who was very friendly and helpful. The process was simple and fast and no deposit was required as we had paid fully. After we checked into our room, we took hotel shuttle bus to Citigate Outlet for shopping.
Although the room was dated but was clean and neat especially the bed linen.
Regal Airport Hotel is directly connected to Hong Kong Airport. We wanted the convenience of staying at this hotel because we didn't have to get up very early to catch public transport. We just walked to airline counter to check in and went to airline lounge leisurely.

We opted to take the C4 bus from Pier 3 to the hotel, and the scenery along the way was quite pleasant. Actually, the hotel also provides shuttle services from locations like West Kowloon and Tung Chung; if you can catch their timetable, it's an even more convenient option. The front desk service was excellent; they were attentive to our needs and arranged a high-floor room with a mountain view for us. The view, in fact, was much more extensive than just the mountains. Right downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym available for guests. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended! 👍
Perfectly serviceable lodgings. My biggest issue was a beam that forced me to arch my back to use the toilet. A place today your head for a night in Lamma.
Lamma is great for a short break from the city & Bali is conveniently located right by the ferry pier.
The room was clean, the details were well done, and the taste was good! Overall cost-effective, no thunder.
There are aromas and fragrances, the tower fragrance is so like
The bath water is very big, which is fine.
Finally, it is very close to Hongshengye Beach and convenient to play in the water.
The location is good. Come to Lamma Island on May Day and order this homestay online. Very good, clean and clean, the location is right across the pier, I will book here next time you come

This was my third visit to Hong Kong Disneyland, but my first time staying at an official Disney hotel. This particular hotel is the newest among the three official options. The lobby boasts a wonderful Disney-themed atmosphere, and the hotel's exterior by the sea is beautiful. Since it was summer vacation, there were a lot of people, so we couldn't check in immediately and had to store our luggage. It would have been perfect if we could have checked in on time to rest a bit before heading out to play. The luggage, however, was delivered directly to our room. The hotel even gave a small complimentary gift since it was my birthday month, which was a thoughtful touch. I really liked the shop in the hotel lobby. It was convenient to pick up souvenirs we might have missed at Disneyland, and each item even came with a 10 HKD discount. My room didn't have a great view, but rooms are assigned randomly, so I wasn't assigned a particularly good one. The official hotel shuttle bus takes guests directly to the Disneyland entrance, and using the dedicated entrance saves a lot of time waiting in line. However, we were a bit rushed and didn't get to experience many attractions or participate in any of the hotel's activities. Nevertheless, my day at Hong Kong Disneyland was one of the happiest and most authentic moments – so much fun! I'm already looking forward to my next visit to fully experience the hotel's official activities!

Facilities: Having been open for 20 years, the facilities are indeed showing their age. The hairdryer, in particular, looks like something straight out of an old TV show – it seriously needs an upgrade.
Cleanliness: Despite its age, the cleanliness is commendable; it's old but spotless.
Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is incredible, completely enveloped by the joy of Disney.
Service: The characters and staff here are truly amazing! Their interactions are so engaging you almost don't want to leave. There's no rushing, no bothering – just pure patience, warmth, and genuine care.
Club Lounge Dining Service (including breakfast, evening light meals, snacks & drinks): Breakfast was outstanding. As for dinner, it's more of a light snack offering, but the unlimited refills on all kinds of beverages were a great convenience.

The complimentary shuttle bus to Citygate Outlets runs every half hour, which is incredibly convenient. While the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. We even enjoyed a partial sea view! Besides the hotel's own restaurants, there are also local eateries and 'cha chaan teng' nearby, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong; it was a really good experience overall.

HHaiqing、zhenghaimamaThis trip to Hong Kong was for G-Dragon's concert, and I also took my child to experience Hong Kong Disneyland's 20th anniversary. We stayed at the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung. The hotel is very new, and our sea-view room offered a stunning, unobstructed view. Our overall stay was excellent.
First, let's talk about transportation, which is incredibly tourist-friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from both the airport and the MTR station. As soon as we landed in Hong Kong, it was easy to find the shuttle to the hotel, completely eliminating the hassle of transferring with luggage. Getting to the city center or other attractions by MTR is also very convenient; just a few stops from the station, you can reach all the popular sights. Plus, it's very close to Hong Kong Disneyland and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car. My concert venue was also nearby, so after a full day of activities, getting back to the hotel was never a hassle.
The service, simply put, was exceptional. From the check-in staff at the front desk to every service member we encountered, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. Whenever we had questions, they patiently answered them and offered thoughtful advice.
What truly stood out was the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Every single dish was absolutely delicious! The cooking techniques were exquisite, perfectly preserving the freshness and flavor of the ingredients. Every bite was a pure delight, clearly reflecting the chef's dedication. My taste buds were dancing with joy!
Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'll definitely be staying here again!

BBilly SpiritI had a very comfortable stay at Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott before my flight. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, allowing me to relax fully. The hotel’s free airport shuttle was convenient, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a great place to rest before a long journey!

JJoyce SolinapWe stayed as a family of 4 within a group of 12 (including kids), and Novotel Citygate was the perfect choice. The location is super convenient — right next to Citygate Outlets, close to the Ngong Ping Cable Car, and just a short ride to Disneyland.
The free airport shuttle was a huge help, especially for a big group like ours. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a modern, welcoming vibe.
Although we didn’t avail of breakfast, we were happy with the overall service and amenities. Definitely recommended for families or groups who want comfort, accessibility, and great value near Lantau Island attractions.

GGuest UserPerfect place by a beautiful white sand beach. Location is perfect, walking distance from the pier. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Room is clean, but it’s small. For us the balcony and the beach view was the best part. I definitely recommend here for Lamma island.
GGuest UserWhat an amazing deal for a family room accommodating 6 people for one night! The room was actually more comfortable and spacious than it looked in the pictures. The only slight drawback was the 10-minute walk to the check-in area, but besides that, everything was perfect. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserOur first time visit this hotel at Cheung chau, the building looks old but very well maintained, the room with the sea view was amazing, very clean spacious room, bathroom all very clean as well. The staffs were very friendly, we have even bought the breakfast in the hotel the next morning, simple breakfast but view was very nice. The garden was also well treated with many happy looking plants. We swam at the super clean water downstairs on the beach both arrival date and the next morning before check out. Highly recommended a short escape. This side of the hotel is located a little away from the busy ferry pier. We love the peace here very much, many options of good restaurants and little shops and cafe around. Thankyou so much.

Expectation/Reality: this is the only provider of accommodation in the area so expectations need to be managed. They have the ability to essentially set terms, so the negative reviews here are likely from the folks who didn’t read the find print. The photos match the space very well. However the hostel reached out over what’s app a number of days before the booking asking for the $150 membership fee and $500 deposit, which I was not comfortable providing until arrival, however the hostel was okay with that.
Security: very good, there is a gate lock and a lock to the door, very safe.
Hygiene: overall very clean, no concerns.
Hospitality: the check in and out process is all over what’s app, so you are at the mercy of how responsive they are which can be frustration when trying to get in. Once you are in, it’s fine.
Social Atmosphere: good social spaces.
Overall: given they essentially have a monopoly on accommodation in the area. It’s a pretty good spot. I accidentally broke the key and they came and fixed it the next day, but took off $50 from the deposit. So handle the keys gently. Over pretty good place.
GGuest UserThe food stall next to the hotel is great! Breakfast, lunch, breakfast is so rich! The sister of the hotel is considerate, and it is neat to pack and order food! The hotel is next to a river, there will be some mosquitoes, the boys at the front desk are very thoughtful
