We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's ”MOULDY” smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

This is the third visit here, and this time I stayed on 28/F with a very nice view. Thanks for the well service and arrangement by the front office team and also duty managers. The house keeping staff is very nice also, they made my room clean.

I like the location of the property and the cleanliness of my room. The quietness of the room is average. The free WiFi was not informed to me at the arrival, when I queried about it, the staff was very impatient and the body language is very not friendly 😑 What I dislike the most is the hospitality level and customer service of the staff. Marco polo hotel is situated in a great location near rhe Harbour but the amenities is not as expected like the swimming pool is a bit small... I was expecting for a harbour view but it looks like the hotel is surrounded with all the towering buildings so dont expect for a great view in the harbour. P.S. Do not take a taxi infront of the Hotel because its a rip off for charging our luggages and toll fee just going to the Northpoint harbour. 400 Hkd for short trip. The room is fine and small since its hongkong. But the service in the breakfast is great though.

Pretty comfortable room and good location. Nothing to complain about really except house keeping was a bit slow and rude when we requested extra slippers. Also they only have filtered tap water - no water bottles.

The building and rooms are quite old.I was disturbed by the noises from outside all night long. I woke up around 2 am thinking it's morning traffic of 7am. They don't provide water and toothbrushes, so be prepared. The location is not so close to Subway station. You need to walk around 10 mins. The neighborhood felt like a Korea town. If you need more Hong Kong style food, you need to walk around again. For buses that go to the subway or Harbour, you need to walk 7 mins and then take the bus for 5 minutes sth it is almost the same as directly walking to the subway.

The Hotel is top notch - beautiful, excellent service and best location. The best part is the staff friendly and always eager to help! We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to family and friends. We will stay in this Hotel if we ever come back to Hong Kong.

Location is good as just walking distance to mtr station, and cleanliness is acceptable. but in terms of room size, it is very small. mine is a standard room, but actually there is no proper working desk or bench, but just a movable computer desk at the gap between the bed and the wall. and the toilet area is extremely small, that the toilet seat is just next to the sliding door, only a small gap between the bathtub and toilet seat. and the washing basin is outside the toilet just next to the door. basically, these small spaces make the room stay quite inconvenient. anyway, with the price, it can still be acceptable and reasonable if you don't mind the very small spaces.
