Excellent service and thanks for the front desk upgraded the room with full sea view for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. Great thanks for the birthday card (nice drawing) and cake. Very good mattress and no disturbance and noise made even if getting on and off the bed at night. Free snacks and drinks. 👍🏻 The only point is a little bit slippery in the bathroom and I accidentally fell and got a little hurt. So we checked out a bit late.

It gave us the chance to savor our last morning, enjoying breakfast in bed and taking our time to pack up. We were so happy with Sheraton Hotel. Specially many thanks to the manager there; Iris who was done a great job and customer service and support to us. She upgraded our room freely and decorated our room beautifully for my son birthday. Breakfast there was great and staff was so friendly. They gave us rain coat for rainy days there as well which very useful. We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel and highly recommended.

Was really looking forward to coning back for my 40th bday as I had stayed for 30th bday 10 years ago. Stayed 2 nights with the family in a Horizon Club room. Room was nice and horizon club benefits are great. No cake or decorations or any mention from staff about my birthday. I guess they don't put much emphasis on celebrations as much as they use to.

Their services is really 10/10 and staffs very very polite and professional :) Natie from Guest service dept she brought us to the room, and do room tour for us! And show us what is good in HK. She is very very professional & always show her smile to us , we will definitely be back again! Thank you and appreciated! And pls visit the indoor swimming pool , u will definitely love it VERY VERY MUCH!
