Staff were super friendly and accommodating upon arrival, carried my (super heavy) bags in for me, was shown around the capsule floor, locker, bathrooms, how the capsule works, etc. capsule was a super cool experience - cosy and the most comfortable bed I’ve had the whole 2 weeks I’ve been in Vietnam. Pool is open til 10pm which is later than others I’ve stayed at, which is good. We tried to sneak a midnight swim but we got kicked out of the pool which was a bummer but the staff were really good about it and got us towels😆 security guard out the front is so lovely and always greets you as you come and go.

The environment of the apartment is not bad, but the check-in time is too long. When I checked in at 2 pm, the staff told me that the room needed to be cleaned and was not ready yet. Many apartments in Vietnam allow self-service check-in, but this one does not. You need to contact the landlord to confirm the check-in information. Fortunately, I am familiar with the local apartment check-in process and the local chat software and mobile phone number, otherwise I can't contact the landlord at all. However, Ctrip's customer service is quite good. They negotiated with the landlord in time and helped me solve the problem.

Clean and clean hostel. The swimming pool is also very good, you can contact the manager in 5 minutes, very kind ☺️ There are supermarkets and convenience stores in the apartment shopping street, so you don't have to go far. If I go to Ho Chi Minh again next time, I think I will book this property again 🥰🥰 Koreans Ho Chi Minh accommodation book here. It's really clean (no bugs). It's so pretty ㅠㅠㅠㅠ ♥ There's a bar and a restaurant right behind it, so it's great to go out in the evening. There is rice noodles inside. It's really delicious. ㅠㅠ Be sure to eat it. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It's 2500 won in a bowl. It's not comparable to the rice noodles sold in Korea. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Anyway, the hostel is really good. Especially at night, sunset and dawn Ho Chi Minh City in the previous year is so pretty. The night view is pretty. ㅠ I booked only by looking at the pool and gym, so I didn't expect the view, but it was really pretty. ㅠㅠ ♥ Next time I travel to Ho Chi Minh City, I'm going to another place. I think I'll book here again without looking for it! 😤

This 4 star Hotel is a no go people. Its a 2 star hotel. The place is not what they sell it or advertise it to be, be carefull.. The website is old and outdated with pictures to when it opened in the 18th century. The towls are so old, full of holes and torn that we had to ask reception for new ones. NO hot water and the shower is in the bath. No showers in baths are advertised on their website. Our Fdidge didnt work, the plugs in the ROOM didnt work they had to lay an extension jn the room to switch on the fridge. Hotel is old, dirty, dingy and a 3 star at the most. Terrible service at the at the Restuarant, i had to call each time for service. No good!!!!
