Fantastic hotel with hot shower, clean towels, daily cleaning, 24/7 gym and laundry. Check in was quick and easy. Room includes TV with some English channels plus wake up call device. You can also choose to do your own laundry here. One load in the washer and dryer is 50,000 VND each, about 2 USD. There are only two machines each so it may get busy. The only downside is it’s on the edge of District 1 so you need to take a Grab. It’s not expensive but may take 15 minutes or so depending on traffic.

Stayed 2 nights here out of 4 nights in saigon. I must say this hotel is more expensive but less than a satisfactory experience. The lobby is much smaller than expected. Rooms are also small and noisy. Neighbor banging doors. kids running outside. outdoor singing non stop until 11 pm. the only positive is the breakfast which is slightly better than Mai house but overall price ratio is still much behind. Maybe more suited to the younger tourists who enjoy loud music and rooftop bar but not for me. Mai house out perform in every way.

Right in the heart of it all, hustle bustle and noise. Fast paced & vibrant. The location speaks for itself. Has massage services on bottom floor. The staff were friendly, what was above & beyond was the girl at the desk help me with a bus company who wouldn't send me my tickets. Must have spent a good half hour calling relevant people finding my phone#, & translating my issue.

Always good! However, there were shortcomings in the room. The snacks in the room were not moved. I had to eat a bag of snacks. Finally, in order to avoid entanglement, I rushed to the airport to settle the snack costs. I feel very uncomfortable! The water pressure is small, the bath is not very comfortable, the pool is not bad!

At a price of about $20 per day, this is a normal option. District 7 is a little far from the center of Saigon, but it is also not bad in itself. There are parks and private houses nearby, where it is pleasant to walk! You can get to the center by bus (on one) and of course by taxi (it is not so expensive in Vietnam) The apartments are relatively clean (for Asia). The furniture and rooms are not new, but they do not cause a feeling of disgust. It is better to take a room with 1 bedroom. It is just that the studio is very compact in size. Hotel was nice, staff was also kind of nice only. Everything was nice but I still felt that hotel was not as per the price, it could have been more nice according to price for the room. Pool was also very small, you can't swim in that. Very shallow and small pool. No conditioner was given, it was mentioned in the hotel amenities. Otherwise hotel room was good. But quite expensive.
