Super great experience. Thank you for the hotel's attentive service. I never stepped into any trap. I brought my mother and children to Hangzhou. My mother and children didn't want to leave. I stayed for another night. The environment is super good, clean and sanitary. The hotel The quality of the supplies is also very good, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and the service of the butler Xiaoyun is super good. I contacted you two days in advance to help register the license plate, prepare the room in advance, and make the extra bed when you check in. Okay, Hupao water, Longjing, Ferrero Rocher's chocolate, snacks, drinks, fruit plate, good night soup are all properly arranged. The restaurant next to the stream and the balcony in the scenic area are simply not too beautiful. The second floor of the hotel Outdoor movie at six o'clock in the evening. In the morning, I sunbathed on the sofa on the roof. It was so warm that I wanted to fall asleep. It was so comfortable. I didn't want to be a special soldier. I just wanted to lie lazily on the sofa and bask in the sun. There was also a swimming pool and a hammock. , barbecue grill, I feel like I have to do it again in summer

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Stayed here initially for one night but extended our stay due to convienient location, lovely room and laid back atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and did everything to help us despite our Chinese not being great. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a large balcony and windows overlooking the mountains. Eventhough the area gets packed with tourists during the day, there are plenty of side paths you can take and hike to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and stunning views.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!

I can’t believe that I could stay in such an excellent hotel at this price. I like Song’s aesthetics both inside and out. The heating in Hangzhou at 0 degrees is still warm enough It is very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions The boss is very hospitable. You can make tea on the first floor. Will visit again!

Beautiful, just as photographed. The breakfast is plentiful and the coffee great. I could stay in that swimming pool all day. The location is good, around the corner from West Lake, close to the Kerry Centre, but far enough to be surrounded by greenery and the busy streets hidden. The hospitality of staff could be improved on, it wasn't a particularly inviting atmosphere. Sound proofing is not existent which is to be expected so just hope for self aware guests 😅

Staying in Yangmeiling Village in Shan'ao, the room design is relatively fashionable and simple, with prominent metal elements, comfortable mattresses and pillows, smart flush toilets, bathtubs and showers, and a clean and generous environment. I stayed in a family room with one large bed and one small bed. The room was relatively medium in size. Thank you to the housekeeper for the fruit and red wine that I gave you in the afternoon. Dinner was served at a nearby restaurant. The chicken soup was really delicious and the stir-fried vegetables were also good. Having breakfast the next day, the balcony on the second floor had a pleasant view despite the misty rain. The lady prepared a small can of 10G Longjing Mingqian tea for us. I also purchased some Shifeng Mingqian Longjing tea. We would also like to thank the housekeeper for her considerate service. After checking out, she prepared two disposable raincoats for us to keep in the rainy weather.

Nice stay, very friendly staff. Location is good too, easy to get around and great to ride towards the lake from this area using rental bikes available everywhere. The only downside is that our room was relatively noisy, we could hear sounds from the other rooms around. When booking, I suggest reaching out and asking for a room on the side of the hotel, which should be a bit better sound-wise.

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!

A newly opened hotel. The service is super good. I couldn’t find an elevator to the hotel in the parking lot. I called the front desk and the handsome guy came down to pick me up. I was impressed. The room has a great river view. The buffet breakfast is Chinese style. It’s very nice. Rich, the laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. We also upgraded the room type and gave fruits. Sure enough, Kaiyuan's products must be high-quality. It is next to the shopping mall and convenient for eating. I will choose this hotel next time I book a hotel. Jeff at the front desk provides great service. good.
