This time I stayed in the hotel for two days and upgraded the rooms to two themes: cold Songya; warm Songchao; Mr. Jason, the hotel lobby manager, introduced us to the cultural attractions, restaurants and hotel features around Hangzhou. He was very gentlemanly and polite. Enthusiasm makes people feel the inner charm of Hotel Indigo. Hotel Indigo Hangzhou Shangcheng allows you to have both face and dignity.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Always my favorite in Hangzhou.. good hotel. Powerlong mall within 2 min walk for food and shopping

This is our second time at the Juntels. We like the location (just above Powerlong Mall) and proximity of the subway station. The room was clean and beds were comfortabel as before. The breakfast options seemed to have improved: more (Western) choice than last time but it could also be our previous visit was during CoVid. In summary: we enjoyed our stay at the Juntels and would recommend them for your visit.

Facilities: complete facilities, perfect, disregard, sink, toilet novel and advanced, simple atmosphere Hygienic: The room is cleaned very clean, the floor is not a trace of dust, and the bare feet are not sticky. I like the breakfast very much, and there is freshly squeezed juice. The accommodation is also great. You can directly see the river view. The service is very good. Their names are Boris at the service center and Lance at the front desk. If there is any problem, they come very quickly. My mother is very satisfied. It's great!

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

It is very beautiful and unique in the Yuhuang Mountain Scenic Area. It is quiet, comfortable and healing🌷The service staff of the hotel are very professional and thoughtful, especially the concierge staff who help pick up and store luggage, which makes people feel particularly reassured and warm. The breakfast buffet service staff are very cute and diligent, and the American food is delicious. Opposite the hotel is a small village with small wild scenery, and not far away are Leifeng Pagoda, Jingci Temple (Nanxu Evening Bell), Changqiao Park, etc., unique to Hangzhou🌳 ❤️

Facilities: The hotel was built last year, so the facilities are relatively new. Unfortunately, the gym seems to be still under construction. Environment: There is Starbucks at the entrance of the lobby, which is a must-have for those who want coffee to restore their senses; there is a 24-hour supermarket at the back door of the hotel, and the atomized one can be used to temporarily replenish the stock; the surrounding subway and bus are also very convenient Service: Manager Xin Yao's service was very attentive during check-in. She gave a surprise upgrade to the room type. She also cared about the guest's check-in experience and expressed her gratitude🙏. If you like to drink some wine like me, edible ice can be provided on the first floor, brother. Service awareness is also very positive. The hotel I am currently staying in in Hangzhou has a robot delivery service. It is very convenient to take a bath and order a takeaway.
