The first room we went to has a strong smell and we asked to change to another room. They responded immediately and assisted with the moving. Room was beautiful and intelligently designed.

辦理入住的時候前台還要一邊接電話，把剛要入住的客人撂一邊，後面另一個接待員看到了才過來幫忙辦理。建議前台有客人到要先辦理，訂房熱線電話應該另外安排人員。訂房前有特別標註要無煙房，一進門就看到牀頭櫃，桌子上都是煙頭斑駁痕跡，整個房間開空調的時候都是煙味，衹有住兩天就不折騰了。洗手間淋浴房細節角落都不乾淨。地理位置很偏遠，樓下也沒有便利店水果店早餐店，都是要步行 500 米以上才有。下次還是選擇要住解放路附近比較方便。

來杭州N次了，第一次入住酒店感覺“賓至如歸”。酒店大堂外觀很氣派 ，大堂布局休閑温馨，房間衞生乾淨明亮，床品選用温柔的米色，讓感覺很舒服，打窗户可以看到滿眼的綠色。酒店服務員態度也是很好哦，由於本人睡眠不好，入住的時候提了一下，馬上受前台小姐姐小哥哥
（事後問了下是小華和小郭）特別照顧，特意調整了樓層和房間，還為我送來了問候水果，真的非常感謝!下次來杭州必定是不二選擇。也希望酒店服務一直能保持這份初心，再次感謝😊

酒店還是比較新的，乾淨整潔，衞浴都是TOTO。原本定的房型滿了，前台小趙小華還幫我們免費升級了房間。並給了我們小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷牙膏。窗外是錢塘江，視角開闊，旁邊能看到山景和火車軌道。酒店一樓有小朋友玩耍的區域，餐廳菜品種類可選性很多，很適合親子出遊短住。

位置比較便利，距離錢塘江大橋和西湖都很近。門口公交地鐵都有，出行便利，房間比較整潔乾淨，工作人員也很熱情友好。一次不錯的旅行

非常好的酒店，走出去就是錢塘江的江邊，酒店很新，也有衞洗麗，前台接待員小錦小華小趙服務非常熱情，房間乾淨整潔，推開窗户就是玉皇山，酒店離西湖就5公里，騎車散散心很快就到。

週末自駕遊，停車很方便，有地下兩層和地面停車場。出門公交和地鐵都有，幾個景區離的都不遠，自行過去也算方便。前台小華小錦很熱情，因為小朋友想看錢塘江，還特地幫我們挑了可以看錢塘江的房間。
