"Check-in and welcome were very friendly. They mentioned there was a payment issue, but we received the keys and were immediately allowed to go to our room. They said we'd take care of the rest later. In the end, everything went well. I even have dietary requirements for breakfast, and they weren't difficult to accommodate. I received a custom-made roll, salmon, brie, etc. Too much to list, and it was very tasty and well-prepared. My compliments on that."
