I actually have very few words for how impressed I am with this hotel and the staff. I came expecting just a regular cheap hotel, the price is so low but actually it’s very very impressive. I arrived to the wrong location and one member of staff made an enormous effort to come collect me and walk me to the right one… all along the way she was happy and talking about the different places I could visit. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and way above my expectations. The room too is fantastic - I almost didn’t want to leave the shower haha. I only booked one day but I genuinely wish I was staying here for a few more nights. The only downside I have is the restaurant food, I am vegetarian so the choices were limited but the soup on offer was delicious. I ordered another bowl. There’s also a very nice view from the restaurant balcony so do not miss that!

The hotel has spacious and comfortable guest rooms, each of which is equipped with a full set of modern facilities. The upper floors can completely overlook the entire scenic spot. 🛁 The hotel where you can see the Elephant Trunk Mountain with your eyes open allows me to completely relax after a day of sightseeing ~ This is really the only hotel in Guilin that can view the Elephant Trunk Mountain, Lijiang River, and Sun and Moon Twin Towers at the same time Dining room! 🚗Transportation: The transportation is very convenient. In the city center, it is basically not far away by taxi. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Guilin Station Yiyi Hotel; about 25 minutes to Guilin North Station Hotel; and about 45 minutes to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport-Hotel. 🥂The viewing restaurant has an excellent view of Elephant Trunk Mountain and the Sun and Moon Twin Towers. It has a 270-degree ultra-wide outdoor terrace with a view of the sunrise and sunset. It is located on the 6th floor of the hotel.

I have never seen a hotel that pays so much attention to details. The service of this hotel is warm and thoughtful. From the moment guests arrive, there are dedicated staff to arrange parking spaces and guide parking. The rooms are spacious, warmly decorated, clean and hygienic, with refrigerators, umbrellas, sterilized plastic bath towels, towels and slippers, and spray disinfectant alcohol on the toilet. Bottles...etc., it makes people feel that every detail has been paid attention to. It’s amazing! The hotel is in a bustling neighborhood, very close to Xiangshan Mountain, Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and Jingjiang Prince's Palace. The hotel deserves good reviews. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, I guess it has been renovated recently . The room is magnetic, and the staff can speak English quite well . Swimming pool, jacuzzis (3 of them), sauna and steam room, excellent gym with table tennis 🏓 equipments makes this property and excellent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as I am a huge fan of Chinese food, not much of western food, but there are kids station, bread, coffee (good one) , sausage and bacon, and several other options of pastries such as croissants and danish. Thanks XiaoWu小伍 for the amazing service guiding us around the rooftop, taking pictures of us, and giving assistance providing all the important information on how to enjoy the hotel facilities . the only bad thing is the costumers , a huge amount of them smoke everywhere although there are signs saying the whole property is forbidden to smoke. The hotel should remove the ashtrays in front of the elevators . Unfortunately it is a problem in China when you go to hotels and makes very unpleasant the shared ventilation bringing smoking smell into other people’s room.

The location of the hotel is next to the Li River🏞️🏞️ To go to East and West Alley, walk for about 20 minutes (over the Jiefang Bridge) This is a warm homestay with complete facilities, and the attitude of the staff is very friendly and enthusiastic! Help us order boat tickets and remind us of the attractions there! 🤭 Stayed for two nights, booked a balcony soaking room, the room was very comfortable Downstairs of the homestay is an internet celebrity cafe, the coffee is very good! There are two cats! There is a group of energetic young people! Give a big thumbs up! I also received a gift when I checked out (their dried papaya and chili sauce are delicious, I bought them separately!)

九天的桂林之旅結束了，雖然我們從頭至尾趕上了桂林史上同期最冷的幾天，感受到南方的濕冷，但是臨走時心裏卻暖暖的。 讓我感到温暖的是桂林的兩家酒店，美豪酒店和依山雲水酒店，兩家酒店服務周到，有着南方人的細膩。昨天是冬至，美豪酒店特意送來了湯圓，裏面放了芋圓，紅棗枸杞，甜甜的香香的，服務員基本上都是當地的歲數很大的婦女，待人友善和氣，每天早晨當我們來到餐廳時，她們都會非常熱情親切的和你打招呼，然後做上一碗香氣撲鼻絲滑筋斗的桂林米粉，我們在這裏每天早晨都是吃米粉，就沒有感到膩煩！依山雲水酒店的房間實在是太棒啦！大套間，落地玻璃窗，躺在床上就能看到日出。出門就是遇龍河，清晨，旁邊的村民紛紛來到河邊洗衣服，一副祥和美好的畫面！ 最後我要感謝桂林的旅遊服務人員，來之前聽説桂林旅遊很黑很宰客，所以處處報以不信任的態度。但是通過接觸，我想我多慮了。 最先接觸到的是在美豪酒店駐店的蔡夢，（*******************）她很細心，告訴我們通過小拉出行打車便宜，還為我們設計了路線，告訴我們怎樣買票能夠省錢。最要感謝的是她給我們找了一個好司機鄧師傅（***********）。師傅頭一天就和我們聯繫，很體貼的告訴我們怎麼玩比較好。第二天師傅帶着我們一站一站的玩，還總是囑咐我們不要着急，慢慢玩。到了遇龍河騎行步道，因為我們不會騎挎斗車，司機師傅還全程帶着我們騎了一路。最後到了桂林都快八點了，弄得我們很不好意思。在鄧師傅的陪伴下，我們度過了特別愉快的一天。 看了看天氣，從後天開始桂林又開始升温了，20℃，大家可以過來住幾天。桂林山水甲天下，山美水美人也美！

Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

Nostalgic stay at this hotel, by the lake, with a separate bridge leading directly to it, and a relatively large parking lot, but it feels a bit too old, the decoration style of 20 years ago should have been fine 20 years ago, but now it is very unsuitable for the current trend. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, guarding such a good environment and location, such quality is really sorry for the beautiful scenery of the hotel location. I hope the hotel can be renovated and upgraded! I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future.

The hotel was quite new and very clean and beautiful. The only disappointment was the lack of a full-length mirror. There was only one mirror at the washbasin, which was inconvenient. The food was extremely delicious with a wide variety, and I believe you won't get tired of eating it no matter how many times you have it. The staff also provided courteous and friendly service, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, it's a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend.

I loved staying at this hostel. The room was modest but clean and very comfortable, and the staff are so helpful and friendly! I found the lobby/cafe area extra cozy and would usually spend my mornings there with a latte (the staff makes great coffee and breakfasts for purchase). Would recommend!
