一般不做評價，這家酒店住了幾天實在忍不住了。
被套是爛的不説，打掃衞生很敷衍，不是一般的敷衍，住了兩天了不給換床上的被套床單，讓給換一下，結果衹是偷偷地把被子拉了拉，看起來像是剛剛鋪好的樣子，枕套，床單一動都沒動，而且每次打掃不説讓給換一下就堅決不換，別問我怎麼知道的，我專門看了床單，被套和枕套的某些特殊位置和印記，結果衹是把睡了兩天的被子拉了拉，我是真沒想到打掃衞生居然敷衍到這個程度，還專門説了，床上的都換一下，結果你這樣敷衍我

這次去桂林是家庭親子游，我的很多朋友向我推薦了城市便捷酒店，我也在網上看了後，決定訂城市便捷酒店，到桂林後，入住城市便捷酒店，前台接待服務員很熱情，態度很好，房間很大，有一個很大的陽台，設施很新，衞生很乾凈，保潔阿姨服務態度也很好，環境不錯，早餐很豐盛，品種很多，城市便捷酒店果然沒有讓我失望，下次還住這個酒店。
