前台服務態度很不錯，蠻熱情的，酒店環境衞生乾淨整潔，進門體驗感就不錯。位置交通也挺便利的，留在桂林山水公園附近，酒店附近也有美食街，對於我們這種結伴出行的來説真的能滿足我的出行需求了，非常奈斯，住得不錯，有吃又有玩兒

我個人是比較看重性價比高的酒店，這個價位我是在這麼多酒店裡覺得物超所值的。這裏真的房間大、衞生幹靜、環境舒適，服務也不錯，有自己的停車場，還有酒店自己配有自助早餐，酒店旁邊也有當比比較有名的牛八寶，還有一個桂林上水公園，總體來説真的很不錯，種草了

過來桂林出差，入住體驗整體蠻不錯的，位置很便利，離我出差的地方很近，吃東西也方便，500米就是臨桂楓林美食街；服務方面感覺也不錯，前台小姑娘業務還蠻嫻熟的；進到客房，衞生環境這塊沒有讓我失望，風格就是正常的商務簡約風，空間上也蠻大的。總的來説是一次不錯的入住體驗，下次出差來還會再定的。

晚上睡得很舒服，酒店整體環境不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，交通出行便利，周邊基礎配套也不錯，挺值得推薦的。最後點贊一下最後一天幫忙辦理退房那位眼睛大大的前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，親切有禮。

衞生狀況很差，衞生間裏面有蟑螂，床單上很多污漬，房間的桌子上有很多不明的液體，感覺是之前的人退房後根本沒有打掃衞生，想要換房間，app上明明顯示還有房間前台卻説沒有房間換。跟前台反映後換了床單還是很臟，非常不滿意！！！
