Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the view of the city skyline from the window was breathtaking. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Tianhe District, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Being connected to a large shopping mall and near the metro station made getting around effortless. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. The place is in good conditions, clean and organized, the room is in good conditions, with basic amenities and plenty of dirking water. the view for the street is good, the main restaurant is good, and all the personnel in the restaurant speak English, that is great. The parking lot requires more signs to make easy to find the lobby of the hotel, it is not clear and not easy.

Th place is easily accessible but the service was trash. The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and not willing to help in any way. Breakfast was nice and had enough options whereas dinner had limited options, very pricey, the chef didn’t pay attention to details on our order. I don’t eat pork and I ordered chicken they still gave me a meal with no chicken and tons of pork bits. The restaurant closes way early. I enjoyed having access to the amenities

would not pay 1400 for it. Not in my life. Not worth that. First room I got was on the 7th floor. I had asked for the highest room they had, and the clerk nodded and confirmed that. Upon entering the room, I was greeted with the view of an awning covered in filth and birds, and a corner of the Canton tower visible. I had to go back and complain to get a higher room on the 21st floor as I originally requested. Why did I have to do that? The gym was mediocre at best. No free weights. Very basic stuff. Was not impressed. The room itself look a bit worn down, albeit still very nice. The room with the 21st floor view of the city does make up for the short comings. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Pancakes and waffles were cold and hard. Sausage seemed store bought. Sweet like sugar, and with bits of something hard still inside. Bacon was ok. Eggs were cold as ice. Coffee was bad. It's still a very nice hotel overall and I'd go again, but I would not pay 1400 for it. Not in my life. Not worth that.

A very pleasant stay. It was anniversary trip and the hotel arranged decoration with a cake. But what I appreciated most is its hospitality. Very convenient location as well. The strayed cat they adopted seems quite relaxed there and I was moved by this scene in cold season. Cynthia was especially helpful. Will go back again and try its restaurant.

My stay at the hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The room was clean, bright, and cozy, exactly as I had hoped. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night’s sleep. I chose this hotel because Hilton never fails. True enough, the breakfast is quite nice. The room is bigger than usual twin room, more than enough space to walk around after opening two luggages. Everything is good, just that the hotel is a stand alone building, there is no shops and eateries near the hotel. But everything can be resolved by take didi. Didi is super cheap. I will recommend to stay in this hotel for this hotel price with spa facilities, lounge, gym and swimming pool.

In our second week we had to change rooms to the 3rd floor because our original room on the 4th floor was sold out. Unfortunately for the second week we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend staying here if you don’t smoke and dislike cigarette smell. The first thing we noticed changing rooms was a smell coming out of the drain in the bathroom, which we smelled while laying in our beds. the staff were fortunately helpful and plugged the drain and sprayed room spray and after turning on the bathroom fan the smell was fortunately only in the bathroom. Unfortunately after two nights we‘ve noticed cigarette smell in our room even tho we aren‘t smokers. At first we thought it was because we left the windows open but even after turning the aircon and fan on, it smelled like we were smoking cigarettes in our room and this was going on for the rest of our stays and gave us headaches. The staff tried to help with opening up the windows and room spray but the cigarette smell didn‘t go away and we‘ve noticed that it came from the aircon and fan ventilation system because other rooms were smoking and so their cigarette smoke was ventilated into our room. After shutting off the aircon, the cigarette smell stopped but unfortunately the room would get stuffy without aircon and when we opened the window it was too loud to sleep and smelled too much like fried food because of the restaurant next to us, which is why I would not recommend staying in this room and hotel if you are a non smoker and sensitive to cigarette smoke. The staff was nice tho and tried to help but I unfortunately would not stay here again.

I brought my parents and children to Sanying Hot Spring. The housekeeper Xiao Min contacted me in advance and greeted me at the door to help me check in. I saw some children taking the initiative to send baby products such as cribs, children's bathrobes, toothbrushes, slippers, etc. The room settings were very good. Satisfied, there are electric cars to pick up and drop off hot springs and meals. There are many hot spring pools in the public area. I am very satisfied with this trip and will choose here next time~

The duplex apartment is more popular with children. Although we booked a windowless room, the room has a fresh air system, so it doesn't feel stuffy at all. The air conditioning is also very powerful. The 1.5-meter mattress is very comfortable, tatami style, you can move in with just your luggage. The hotel has a washing machine, WiFi, and a washing machine with drying function The surrounding environment is good, it is very convenient to go to Zhengjia Plaza and Tianhe City, and it is also convenient to take the subway back (Hua Shi Station) after going to Xiaoman Yao at night. It's quite close to the subway entrance. There is also a small street in Wanda nearby where you can buy food. The service is good. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc. which is very convenient. However, the plug is a bit far from the bed. The hygiene is decent and the price/performance ratio is good.
