The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, about one kilometer. There were not many people checking in at night. Xiao Yan at the front desk checked in very quickly. The room was very good and the room type was upgraded. Because the elderly don't like too much noise, they also arranged a quiet room type. It was very thoughtful👍👍

The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, large rooms, and a very good service attitude, especially the front desk staff Xiaolin. We forgot to issue an invoice. After consulting by phone, we added WeChat to issue an invoice and privately check in the water bill. The problem was solved efficiently. Thumbs up 👍

The front reception staff went beyond their normal check in duties by answering my various queries on direction to different venues and suggested better transport options which ease my travel and time. Ms Hikari Huo in particular even offered her phone number and asked that if I encountered difficulty to ask for help and get them to call her. That is very thoughtful of her. The hotel also greeted female guests with gifts in the lobby on International women day.

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

Near metro station around 200 mtr walk . Reached at 11 am had to wait till 2 pm for room . Can improve as name joined with country inn and Raddison

The Grand Palace Guangzhou is truly an exceptional hotel. It offers an authentic experience with a host of great features. The room has a bathtub with a rapid water flow, perfect for a soothing bath. There are many choices of pillow, which is a wonderful touch. The location is unbeatable, with numerous famous restaurants in the vicinity and being extremely close to the train station. You can easily reach the train station by walking up the staircase after spotting Calvin Klein in the mall. Though the bed is a bit hard and could be improved, overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury.

The facilities are OK, the accommodation is convenient and comfortable, pretty good!

The apartment is big and very well equipped. The only “complain” is mirror, there isn’t any mirror outside of the bathroom. Nonetheless, it’s still great. It’s in the CBD area of Guangzhou and very close to Canton tower park. We love the area as it’s not too crowded with many food selections and shopping malls. It’s near to the subway/MRT station. The cleaning ladies are super friendly, they cleaned our apartment everyday and top-up the amenities. The front desk staff are also very friendly and professional. I would stay again. The service attitude of the front desk is very good. Although the room is a bit old, the hygiene and facilities are generally good. The location is also good. In general, the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

Hotel location is good, close to the International Trade City, 5 minutes walk to the outside is also a food street, traffic is very convenient, staff service is also very good, cost-effective
