I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, I would not recommend the afternoon tea at the hotel. I noticed that several flies were buzzing around my tea set. I gonna say that was horrifying.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. Everything was great except the hotel is already showing its age. Also somehow me and my wife found the bed to be really uncomfortable and was not able to get a good night sleep in it. TV was also broken.

Easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in china. My wife and I already live in Guangzhou so we only went for a staycation but we were blown away by the room. The size of the room and the view from our window. We stayed on the 50th floor and I must say it was breathtaking. There were a few minor complaints, firstly the AC in the room wasn’t the best. So we found our self’s overheating a little during the night but it wasn’t unbearable. Second overall the staff were very nice and friendly but there was one lifeguard at the outside pool that was a little rude when we forgot to bring a swim hat to the pool. The breakfast too was a little overpriced for what it was and there are definitely better options outside the hotel Other than these complaints I can see why this is one of the best hotels in city and I would recommend this to anyone who can fit the price range.

Jumeirah Residence is the best experience I have ever experienced in an apartment. The furniture is all new, the kitchen and refrigerator are clean, and there is no greasiness from repeated use. The sugar water delivered every night is also delicious. The lady at the front desk was also very considerate and arranged the same room for me when I checked in the next day after checking out. The Burj Al Arab brand name lives up to its name. Nothing wrong with the hotel except that the water in the hotel's indoor swimming pool is a bit cold.

I had my second stay in this hotel . Room Executive suite ! View canton tower side its stunning, position is great very convenient and connected to the mall and many restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and nice , breakfast is good . I want to say special thanks to Cinthya the manager at exectuive lounge she was very polite and helpful at the check in and during our stay , very professional . hotel is good generally Just one advise need that some staff of the hotel improve English so will be more easy comunicate.

This hotel was in a mostly convenient location. Our window faced Canton Tower and river. That was really beautiful at night time. The hotel is just a bit old and outdated . The TV didn’t really work well and the toilet made noise all night . I did enjoy my stay but not sure I’d stay again. However, the staff was quite pleasant. Especially the door men. The amenities are nice but I was told I have to put a swimming cap on to use the pool which was a bit off putting. So I didnt use it. Nice park and walking area surrounding the hotel as well. I’d recommend this hotel for maybe an older crowd like for if my Grandma were to go on this trip with me.

1. Since placing a good order, including after checking out, the younger brothers and sisters have been very enthusiastic to guide us in and inquire about the check-in. However, the access control downstairs has uncertain factors, and the entry and exit are very passive. The corridor was dark for no reason, and the room number was only found by turning on the flashlight. After entering the door, I looked for the switch for a while in darkness, which made people feel very insecure. Finally, I found that the light switch was in the kitchen... 2. The overall decoration style looks good, the bed and sofa are very comfortable, the projection is clear, and the hot water is stable. But the gorgeous living room is equipped with a cramped toilet, and the romantic balcony is equipped with linen to be dried, which really reduces the experience. Hotel has a wonderful position in the middle of the park with pedestrian road that leads to the tower. The view from the room is magnificent, but I personally do not like the room displacement of Hyatt. It tries to be contemporary, but it ends up to be uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the food quality is top. Pool at the 24th floor is also enjoyable.
