The location is good in the same building as many other homestays. There are a lot of small black bugs in the house, and the kitchen I see most do not want to cook at all. The water in the bathroom was very slow and the slippers were flooded after washing. Luggage storage is not provided. Someone opened the first password door at eleven. The customer service is good.

沒有招牌，位置不好找，沒有前台入住自動辦理，特別麻煩，老舊居民房，和app的定位不是一棟樓，被子單薄這麼冷的天給這麼薄的被子，半夜冷的到處找，沒有Wi-Fi，沒有熱水，空調還不能制熱衹能製冷，電路老舊還會跳閘，開不起來然後叫維修人員上門還想需要客人墊錢，多人入住衹給一張電梯卡，不結伴出行就上不了電梯，外賣也不能送上樓，還要求15:00後入住，12:00前退房，24h都沒有，也沒有任何補償，這是我來廣州入住體驗最差勁的一次

入住不太方便，大樓房子，取鑰匙過程相對複雜，停車太貴90一晚，房間還算乾淨，但是很陳舊，而且雜物過多，也可以説家庭氛圍比較強。不能接受的是廁所太差，門不能關，而且淋浴間沒有門，洗澡水會濺出來。好處是空調比較足。

本來訂的房間又説漏水換掉了，然後換了個房間，發了圖片給我，我看着還好，去了後發現房間很多角落很臟。感覺是別人住了十幾年的房子改成民宿，晚上住的時候還停電了一次，空調用了十幾年吧，一打開就聲音特別大，樓層十分不隔音，凌晨還聽到樓上的響聲，最不能忍的是八點上面開始裝修，電鑽弄的人煩死，我受不了不到十點就退房了。真的懷疑再套路我，看到評論很多都是換了房間，就離譜，想要住宿的千萬想明白，我這次住的算是差死了！

首先，本來看上的法式風格的房間，沒有打招呼就調換了，美其名曰那個房間比較吵，其實你懂的！到都到了，就將就住吧，廚房有蟑螂，衞生間超級小，洗澡手臂會碰到玻璃！最可氣的是，頭髮剛剛開始吹，電吹風就壞了，大冬天的，濕着個頭發，還好老闆説買個送過來，但是要等半小時！最要命的是，夜晚一直聽到嗡嗡響，一直睡不好，第二天起來才發現是冰箱老舊了，床就在冰箱1.5米遠！大家考慮清楚再下單
