Hotel has a wonderful position in the middle of the park with pedestrian road that leads to the tower. The view from the room is magnificent, but I personally do not like the room displacement of Hyatt. It tries to be contemporary, but it ends up to be uncomfortable. The breakfast is very rich and the food quality is top. Pool at the 24th floor is also enjoyable.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

I was a solo traveler so the main problem for me was plenty running screaming children in the hallway. The door to my room didn’t block all the noise from the outside so I could hear those children running and yelling most all the time. I understand maybe this hotel is a family friendly one but at least try to give some quiet space for travelers without kids. The room was clean and nice, the view from the room was amazing because of the location. The breakfast is nice as well not mentioning the same running children in the restaurant which could cause to some unpleasant accidents.

This price is really good value in this area. Come to Guangzhou for a visa. It is about 10 minutes walk from the US Consulate. There are also many delicious and interesting places nearby. The lady at the front desk is gentle, enthusiastic, nice and talkative, and the service is very thoughtful. There are washing machines, stoves, refrigerators, and international sockets with usb ports in the house. I really hope that more hotels will have such facilities.

She did not scold her, and the pillows, quilts, toilets, floors, etc. were all clean. . The wardrobe in the room is difficult to push open. It cannot be pushed open at all on the left side and can only be opened halfway to the right side. The curtains in the living room block 70% of the light. If you like total darkness, go for it! There is no plug or hairdryer in the toilet, and the only mirror in the house is in the toilet, which is really inconvenient. Three days and two nights, I saw mini cockroaches on the dining table in the living room on the first day and on the tiles in the toilet on the last day. This scared me and I hope things will improve in the future. Apart from these problems, the experience is actually very good.

If I describe the hardware of Jumeirah Living as a pupil getting 99 out of 100 in an exam, then I will be in big trouble when commenting its software – 100 out of 100 is just not enough to describe how wonderful the ladies and gentlemen at Jumeirah Living are! The hardware at Jumeirah Living may be amazing but still has something for me to be picky with. However, I guess even the most demanding people will find it a struggle to think of a word to be picky with Jumeirah Living’s people. Maybe I can put my conclusion here first: among all the hotels I have experienced in Guangzhou, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Living have the most amazing people. While MO and Jumeirah hotel should be proud of their accomplishment, this is a particularly huge achievement for Jumeirah Living – any service apartment should be really proud of itself if its service is comparable to the finest hotels. It is just like a water polo athlete winning a professional swimmer in swimming. The fact that a water polo player can overperform a professional swimmer in swimming, which the former only practices as a supplement to her/his main training in water polo, proves how hardworking that water polo athlete is. I cannot respect this hard work more! Even though I would put MO, Jumeirah, and Jumeirah Living as the top three of Guangzhou, they are wonderful in very different ways. MO is like a well-educated Confucius scholar; Jumeirah hotel is like a royal butler polishing every service to the finest possible extent; for Jumeirah Living, my apologies, I need more than one sentence to make the metaphor. When we began college, the school would usually assign each of us a student mentor, who may be one year or two above us. These student mentors are usually exceptionally energetic and caring (to the extent they would worry if we knew where to eat pizza on campus!). However, their care is different from those from parents and teachers. They are much more easy-going and someone we can feel at ease to be with; someone we can laugh and hang out together. This is precisely how the ladies and gentlemen are like at Jumeirah Living! The most important thing is I do not think my encounter with these amazing people is incidental – I believe the culture of Jumeirah Living is like that. This is because I have encountered at least three people at Jumeirah Living (Abel, Vivian, and Winson) as easy-going, friendly, and helpful as the student mentor described above!

We booked a two bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. The room was tidy but cleanliness could have been better. There was dust near the entrance and under some of the curtains that had not been vacuumed/removed. The room itself is fairly old, there are stains and age marks in the kitchen and kitchen appliances. The furniture is decent but is aged and worn, for example, the study table drawers do not close smoothly once opened and the wardrobe doors do not slide smoothly. We requested two additional towels but received only hand towels which was disappointing.

During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Sister Lucky They were very enthusiastic and told me that their hotel can print and copy, which solved a problem for me! Thank you so much! And help is available 24 hours a day! I will continue to book here next time I come!
