"The room smelled strongly. Check-in was very late: 4 PM, and check-out was required to be early, between 6 and 11 PM. The service was average. Many charging ports were out of charge. It was very noisy outside until after 10 PM, showing no regard for the customer's feelings. Not a recommended stay."

"I recently stayed at the Archway in Grantham and it was a really pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was comfortable an d clean. It had everything I needed, including iron and ironing board. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the town. It was a great value for money. Highly recommended."

"We stayed at Travelodge Grantham South Witham for one night while travelling between places. I’ve stayed at Travelodges before, and this was one of the worst- and I’m not even talking about it being old and dated. The room was filthy. The bathroom was dirty, with black mould streaming from the shower when you turned it on, so I had to wait for it to clear. There was no soap in the dispenser by the sink. The toilet had yellow stains under the seat. The bedding looked fresh but had stains on it, which was disgusting. I know it’s a budget stay, but I’d still expect the room to be clean. There was also no hairdryer in the room, which you’d think would be a near-minimum nowadays. One word: disgusting. Stay somewhere else if you can."
