Hotels near Ryuko-ji in Fujisawa

Before the Tokyo Olympics, there were several hotels around Fujisawa Station. It is one of the hotels that opened at that time. The location is not bad. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station Rotary (even if the traffic light waiting is long). ２４ 7-Eleven on the 1st floor of the hotel, Gust, Shabu-Ya, a family restaurant, enters the second floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 5th to 13th floors. The gown is located in the elevator lobby on each floor. Other amenities are on the side of the front desk on the 4th floor, which is the style you bring yourself. The room is very simple (compliment), there is no step between the guest room and the unit bath, and the toilet space. There is a Japanese outlet and a USB-A jack beside the bed. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a wired LAN and LAN cables are always available in the room. The TV is not an online TV, but since the TV comes out positively, I was able to use the Amazon stick I brought in using the vacant HDMI on the back of the TV. The room is recommended on the sea side. On the mountain side, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the room (the outdoor unit of the sea side room is also integrated on the mountain side) is outside the window, and the visibility is a little poor. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th and 11th floors. The washing machine is 300 yen per time for detergent and fabric softener automatic insertion type, and the dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes. There is no money exchange machine for 100 yen cash coins, so if you don't have any coins, you need to exchange money at the front desk. There were microwave ovens and juice vending machines and ice machines on the 12th floor, but I didn't use them. Breakfast is available on the 4th floor with a dedicated space and 40 items Vikings are available at 7:00 〜 10:00 for adults 1,100 yen and children 550 yen. I didn't use it. By the way, there are also Yoshinoya, Matsuya, McDonald's and Fuji soba nearby. The impression I stayed at is that it is very comfortable and normal. I think it is a hotel that can be used in 々 scenes such as sightseeing bases and business trips in Shonan area.

The water supply of the unit bus is good, but I was more happy when there was a ”STOP” between the shower and the faucet! We used eco cleaning once. 500CC mineral water, saved! Coin laundry was also equipped and saved!

It was a new and clean building. It's not in front of the station, but I don't think it's hard to understand. The room was easy to spend and excellent. When I entered the security space in front of the front desk, I could always get amenities and drinks, and the ice machine was here. I felt that this system was very convenient. It was close to the station and it was attractive to be able to eat dinner and breakfast on the hotel floor. It was a plan with half board, and I was satisfied with choosing the king on the same floor as the front desk for dinner. However, the town of Fujisawa had the impression that there were not many restaurants and few choices.

We used it for the light up of enoshima ”Shonan no jewel” and the next day's sightseeing in Kamakura. The room was described as 12 ㎡, but it did not feel unexpectedly narrow, and it was comfortable and comfortable with a compact but easy to use layout. It is a nice idea to have your favorite pillow in the room at the front desk. There is no waste amenities and it is a great effort and it is headed down. It is no problem if you take a receipt written on your smartphone because it opens with a password number instead of a card key. I did not stay in this Ryokan, I canceled my book. Here is why: Most Ryokans make traditional dinner and I thought this one too (by seeing their Kaiseki meal photos in their website) But it seems I was wrong. Before booking a room in this Ryokan, I read the reviews and checked the meals menus in their website: the Kaiseki meal was one of the many reasons why I wanted to book this Ryokan. So I booked a room and almost two months before my arrival I sent them a message asking for the meals price and to make a dinner reservation for two people. Their reply was ”Dinner cannot be prepared. Please have a dinner in the dining room outside the hotel”. So I asked again why I could not make a dinner reservation (in almost two months in advance) Perhaps the kitchen is closed? their answer again was: ”I do not have a reason. It depends on the plan you choose”. Well... If this Ryokan doesn't serve dinner, they should let it clear to everyone in the information section. If they do serve but it depends on whatever plan they have, they should again let it clear to the customer. I was lucky to ask before my arrival and of course I cancelled the hotel of 210EUR one night... the communication was bad (they could explain the meals plan perhaps?). So I decided not pay 210 for one night in a Ryokan with a poor costumer service and where I cannot have a full Ryokan experience. In another review I saw they have had this same issue with other guest. Therefore, If you are wiling to stay in this Ryokan anyway, I highly suggest you to ask them anything first before booking a room (to avoid surprise). So sad... I truly think they don't care about costumer service...

I originally booked a hotel in Tengze City, but then I temporarily changed my stay to this hotel because I was considering visiting Kamakura. It was quite good. Ofuna Station has many subway lines and bus stations are gathered here, which is very convenient for independent travel. There is also a department store built above this station, which also sells the Muji brand. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the subway. When you come out of the east exit of the subway, there is McDonald's across the road. Turn left at the intersection of McDonald's and go straight. After a few steps across the street, you will see the hotel. The young girl at the front desk is pretty, has a good attitude, and speaks fluent English. There are free self-service toiletries in the lobby, and registered members can get a bottle of soda. The room is small, with a small table and stools, and a 1.6-meter large bed. It's okay for two people to live in simply. The hygiene is okay. I stayed for 2 nights and put a cleaning sign on the second day, but it was still very clean. The room has a wall-mounted air conditioner that can adjust the temperature and open the windows. There are many small restaurants surrounding the hotel, with a wide variety of choices, which is very convenient. Breakfast includes rice, miso soup, natto, small fish, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is much more convenient to go out after eating in the morning.

It's a little inconvenient that it's a little far from the station and there are few shops nearby (there is a 7-Eleven across the river), but I think it's a calm stay. The room was on the website that it was invited to a Western-style building in Kamakura, but it may be more like a private house room than a hotel room. It is a simple interior with a warm wooden interior. It was a pity that the windows were a little shabby, including the curtains. I think breakfast is a feature here. There is also delicious bread at the salad and soup bar. There is also curry. I was worried that it was not enough compared to the Japanese and Western buffets, but all of them were very delicious and it was a breakfast that made me feel happy as I ate. The next day was the same menu, but the person who stayed for a long time had a quiche service and was very satisfied.

The hotel is very close to Fujisawa Station, a few hundred meters away. After entering the door, enter the confirmation number at the front desk to pick up the room card. There are also people. Basic toiletries and tea bags should be collected by themselves opposite the front desk. The rooms are the same size and configuration as most basic hotels in Japan. Breakfast is OK, all disposable tableware. There are several restaurants nearby to eat.

It was new so it was very beautiful and I'm glad I couldn't see the reception and dining room from the outside. In terms of distance, Toyoko Inn, which has been around for a long time, is close to the station. Since it was newly created, I would like more tourists to Chigasaki in the future.

A bit dingier than usual rooms at this price point, and missing some of the extra touches (such as paper cups instead of real cups, and only a single packet of coffee in the room), but was suitable and had everything I needed. I would stay again, but would prefer to stay in a little brighter room with the extra touches.
