挺不錯的，住在本館，住房期間温泉館的設施隨便用，不過值得注意的是週一週四好像SPA泳池不開。冬天的話室外泳池也不開放。總體環境還是很不錯的而且四樓餐廳的風景很好。

酒店很奇葩的不可以在這個酒店的地點check-in 要拐到它們家在島上的洗浴中心check-in, 房間非常乾淨，但是服務有些老派和死板，是一家符合日本刻板印象的酒店

清潔感があり、窓もあるので通気性もあり快適に過ごせました。スパを利用したのでシャワールームは使いませんでしたが、パナソニックのドライヤーも良かったです。アメニティも充実しています。ただ、女子２人旅には寝室側に鏡が設置されているととても良いと思います。

スパ施設と宿泊施設が別のため、不便ではあるが、初日の出は最高のシチュエーション。
フロント機能がないため、不便。
お正月泊まったにしては、年越しそばはおいしく良かったものの、一日の朝食はお雑煮以外お正月らしく無かった。BGMも。年末年始のイベント的なものがなかった。

本館側のオーシャンビュー(富士山側)を期待していたのに蓋を開けてみたら別館で駐車場前(一応遠くに海はみえる)でがっかりでした。さらには本館にいかないと温泉や朝食も食べられず不便。靴をわざわざフロントデスクでロック・アンロックしないといけないのもわずらわしく、あまりおすすめしません。
