Smile Hotel Shonan Fujisawa

Fujisawa|0.25km from city centre
Before the Tokyo Olympics, there were several hotels around Fujisawa Station. It is one of the hotels that opened at that time. The location is not bad. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station Rotary (even if the traffic light waiting is long). 24 7-Eleven on the 1st floor of the hotel, Gust, Shabu-Ya, a family restaurant, enters the second floor. The front desk of the hotel is on the 4th floor. Rooms are on the 5th to 13th floors. The gown is located in the elevator lobby on each floor. Other amenities are on the side of the front desk on the 4th floor, which is the style you bring yourself. The room is very simple (compliment), there is no step between the guest room and the unit bath, and the toilet space. There is a Japanese outlet and a USB-A jack beside the bed. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a wired LAN and LAN cables are always available in the room. The TV is not an online TV, but since the TV comes out positively, I was able to use the Amazon stick I brought in using the vacant HDMI on the back of the TV. The room is recommended on the sea side. On the mountain side, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the room (the outdoor unit of the sea side room is also integrated on the mountain side) is outside the window, and the visibility is a little poor. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th and 11th floors. The washing machine is 300 yen per time for detergent and fabric softener automatic insertion type, and the dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes. There is no money exchange machine for 100 yen cash coins, so if you don't have any coins, you need to exchange money at the front desk. There were microwave ovens and juice vending machines and ice machines on the 12th floor, but I didn't use them. Breakfast is available on the 4th floor with a dedicated space and 40 items Vikings are available at 7:00 〜 10:00 for adults 1,100 yen and children 550 yen. I didn't use it. By the way, there are also Yoshinoya, Matsuya, McDonald's and Fuji soba nearby. The impression I stayed at is that it is very comfortable and normal. I think it is a hotel that can be used in 々 scenes such as sightseeing bases and business trips in Shonan area.

Counting that I have stayed in a total of 7 hotels in Japan, this one has the lowest star standard, but it is really the best service in this hotel. Compared with the service of four- or five-star hotels or hot spring hotels There is nothing worse than the past. The location of the hotel is not very convenient. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the nearest station. It would be troublesome to drag a suitcase, but the hotel has a special car to make up for the shortcomings. If you want to take the Enoden, you can also directly use the special car. There are no convenience stores around the hotel, but there are also several restaurants. As for the internal service, there is really nothing to say. The waiters are very warm and friendly. They will let the guests choose their favorite brand of bathing traveler outfits and bath salts. Each person will have a bottle of welcome drink, and the guests will leave the hotel by car. At that time, the service staff would bend at 90 degrees until the customer's car can't see them. The facilities in the room really have everything you need. The room comes with its own independent entrance. This is the first time I have encountered any hotel I have stayed in. The room has a capsule coffee machine, aroma diffuser, projector, humidifier, and air purifier. , The heated towel rail is really complete, the bathtub in the bathroom has its own surf massage function, and there is also a bathroom TV. The glass outside the bathroom can also be electronically adjusted for transparency. The living comfort is absolutely perfect. If you go to Kamakura in the future, this hotel It must be the best choice! I just forgot to take pictures. . .

From Tsujido Station, go down the right (East) stairs at the south exit and about 200m? Go along the one-way street with street lights, and turn right at the bank and you can see the hotel entrance. I can wear it even if I cross the pedestrian bridge from the station, but the road was bent on the way and the road was dark. There is also a beauty room on the hotel's 1 floor, the lobby is not so large, but there was also a souvenir corner. The key to the room is shaped like a surfboard, which makes you image Shonan. It is good that the corner is taken without hurting the pocket. I think it was good that there was an interior that was conscious of Shonan and resort. It is especially good in the morning that there is 2 elevator. The plan was a low-rise limited plan, but the sea was not visible in the room on the north side of the 7 floor, but instead the Tokaido main line looked good. The sea was well seen from the elevator hall window. The room was relatively large and I was looking at the chair between the window and the bed. There was a little distance between the tracks, so the sound was not concerned. The room was characteristic that there was no step between the room and the unit bus, and the toilet was easy to use even if the foot was weak, and a part of the mirror in the bathroom had a cloudy heater. Also, I didn't know if it was a south-facing room, but I thought that the light shielding curtains were overlapping in the center, and the brightness and privacy measures were possible. Also, it was helpful that there was a trouser presser and mineral water in advance. It was a smoking room, but it may have been deodorized in advance. Breakfast was 200 yen discount when I asked at check-in even if I stayed overnight. In the restaurant on the second floor, the Viking was not bad with the design of the Shonan sea and the sea image, and the staff movement was good. This makes you very satisfied if you make a little more discount for the guests

I did not stay in this Ryokan, I canceled my book. Here is why: Most Ryokans make traditional dinner and I thought this one too (by seeing their Kaiseki meal photos in their website) But it seems I was wrong. Before booking a room in this Ryokan, I read the reviews and checked the meals menus in their website: the Kaiseki meal was one of the many reasons why I wanted to book this Ryokan. So I booked a room and almost two months before my arrival I sent them a message asking for the meals price and to make a dinner reservation for two people. Their reply was ”Dinner cannot be prepared. Please have a dinner in the dining room outside the hotel”. So I asked again why I could not make a dinner reservation (in almost two months in advance) Perhaps the kitchen is closed? their answer again was: ”I do not have a reason. It depends on the plan you choose”. Well... If this Ryokan doesn't serve dinner, they should let it clear to everyone in the information section. If they do serve but it depends on whatever plan they have, they should again let it clear to the customer. I was lucky to ask before my arrival and of course I cancelled the hotel of 210EUR one night... the communication was bad (they could explain the meals plan perhaps?). So I decided not pay 210 for one night in a Ryokan with a poor costumer service and where I cannot have a full Ryokan experience. In another review I saw they have had this same issue with other guest. Therefore, If you are wiling to stay in this Ryokan anyway, I highly suggest you to ask them anything first before booking a room (to avoid surprise). So sad... I truly think they don't care about costumer service...

I went to Enoshima in winter from Yokohama using the coupon of ”travel support campaign in Kanagawa Prefecture”. It is a small hotel located 3, 4 minutes walk from kasakase enoshima station on the Odakyu line. The room is a Japanese style twin bedroom with a mattress in the space of one tatami mattress rather than a Japanese room. The threshold around the bed is one step higher, so you need to be careful about the step when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The good thing about the room is that the unit bus is quite spacious and relaxing. The bad thing is that wifi is only available around the lobby and wifi cannot be used in the room. And the space to take off the shoes was narrow and interfered with the door open inside the room, so it was inconvenient to enter and exit. It was a plan with dinner coupon, but at the Kii Kuniya dining room near the hotel, I was able to drink a drink of alcohol for the meal of sashimi tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura tempura temp In the morning, if you go to the front desk at 8:30 ~ 9:00, you can get baked bread such as croissants. The coffee machine in the lobby is also free service, so I brought it back to my room and ate breakfast. I don't go out so often around Enoshima, but if you can stay at this price with the content that is not the same as the evening breakfast, it is a hotel that is sufficiently satisfactory.

I had a terrible stay. The room was probably about 70% full. There were a lot of couples and children, but in the back room there was a group of 5 young men of the student level. Five young men. The shop closes at 20:00 due to the short business hours, so alcohol and snacks that you can't hold in your hands. I had a bad feeling. There was an explanation from the inn that the lights would be turned off after 22:00, but they didn't care. Even if the inn person warned me twice, it was useless. The walls are really thin, so annoying and strange voices that make you think you're making a noise in your ear! In the end, the commotion continued until about 1:00 a.m., and I was so angry that I could hardly sleep until morning. Actually, I wanted to take a walk to Koshigoe fishing port and Enoshima early in the morning, but I can't do that because of my headache! At the time of check-out, even if I complained that ”I couldn't sleep because the neighbor was noisy!” Because it was a cheap plan for a last minute reservation? Do you have to be patient? Why do you have to stay up all night, even paying for it? Other rooms were available, so how about assigning group guests to the back? I think that not only us but also the guests in the surrounding rooms were annoyed. It's more risky to get 5 people together at a ryokan and make a fuss because of the corona virus! Other than that, insects were fine, but I think it would be better to wipe the air conditioner, which is noticeable, before it deteriorates. Dirt from the Showa era. . The bath is also cracked, and it is quite old, but it is charming here. It's deep, so be careful. The worst thing is that the only place where the hair dryer is placed is next to the men's restroom, and it smells and is it for men only? Men occupy so much that they say, there is no atmosphere that women can use. On the contrary, breakfast (free drink, rice and miso soup can be replaced), fish and shirasu were included. Parking available. You can walk to Enoshima. The cafeteria attached to the inn is limited to hotel guests and offers a free beer and other beverages. The flat rate of 1,000 yen may be due to the Go to common coupon. I think. Please give me back my sleep time. It was the worst among various stays such as hotels and dormitories. I think it is better to separate the rooms for group guests who are likely to make noise and other guests.

Very interesting store next time you come to Hunan, even if you don’t live in Fujisawa, you will come here to drink matcha latte. The door lock is digital. The hygiene is very good. The kitchen utensils in the room are coffee-making utensils. The washing machine and hair dryer are all available. The room is big. The attic is also bigger than expected. It is very cost-effective for many people to live. The coffee shop is full of regular customers nearby. The coffee is also very delicious. I almost don’t want to leave.

This is a city center hotel mainly for accommodation. It is a few minutes walk from Fujisawa Station. Check-in and out is done by the customer himself on the machine in the lobby. The building is kept clean and there is a toilet bath in each room. There is no communal bath. There is a space where you can have a very simple meal at 2F. If you want to eat, you need to offer at the front desk on the lobby floor and get a ticket. Smartphone chargers can be borrowed at the front desk. The borrowed charger will be returned by leaving it in the room after being used in the hotel room. 1F has a convenience store directly connected to the facility, where you can buy shortages such as groceries and miscellaneous goods. There is a devise that it is difficult to invade the building unless it is a guest, and I feel that I am careful to make a sense of security.
