"We booked the hotel through trip.com as a bed and breakfast. Two days ago, a hotel employee called and said that trip.com always does this and they wouldn't provide breakfast. They didn't provide breakfast. Instead of 2 rooms for 3 people each, they arranged 3 rooms. One room had a lower ceiling than the others and there was no refrigerator. The location is good. We stayed for 6 people for a total of 4500. The price-quality ratio is good, but it was not nice that trip.com reflected their problem to the customer."

"Quiet, very clean hotel that seems very new. Rooms have a lovely view of a cove and sunset. We stayed off season in April and it was very good value. We were very impressed by the comfort and friendliness provided. Our large room on the top floor had a small balcony and open views of the water and boats. The hotel fronts a quiet street and the beach. We liked being away from the busy, central area of this charming town, but able to walk along the water in 15 minutes to the center, where we wandered and tried one of the many delicious fish restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Fantastic location to the sea front, the hotel itself is very dated, odd curtains of different lengths, no top sheet on bed, just a throw. The website pictures must have been taken years ago and there are no bar facilities or tea and coffee. Rooms need a full refurb, glad we were out most of the time, just a bed. Very disappointed."

"Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during the holiday. The location of the hotel is right in the center of Yeni Foça, within walking distance to everywhere, which provides a great advantage. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked without any problems, and in general, it is a hotel that offers value for money. When coming to the hotel by car, navigation can take you to closed roads, so be careful, the back streets are very narrow."

"We stayed one night on the holiday. They had very good communications and approaches from booking to the hotel out. We liked the hotel, I had a little child I told me about heating. Our room was warm and never cold. But the point I broke was cleaning. The room wasn't cleaned even though you made a reservation several days ago. The places were very dirty, the rest of us had waste boards on the window side, so bad. It was never suitable for a building so decorated with a nice decoration. The breakfast was very good, the whole restaurant was a sprinkle breakfast, what we had been cut was very good. If they clean the rooms, then a four-quarters business would be."

The hotel is located very close to the center of Foça, so you can walk along the beach and easily explore the surrounding areas. The bike rental service offered by the hotel was also really great. It was very enjoyable to ride a bike to explore Foça. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
