"There are some refurbished rooms that are super good, but there are some old rooms that are not very clean. I have stayed in a good room before, but this time it was an old room that was poorly cleaned. The toilet was loose and there was a danger that someone could get hurt."

"The room was not what we saw in the photos. Very dated, shower drain was blocked, bed linen was dirty. We decided to complain to reception and they upgraded us to a “premium room”. The room was a little better, but again the bed linen was dirty and there was an unpleasant old smell. Breakfast could offer more hot meals. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as stated."

"Staff was really helpful and really nice. But walls are paper thin , i could hear literally everything from my neighbours on each side and upstairs. Couldn’t sleep at all , noise all time. Upon calling to reception they tried to solve the solution but i guess neighbours felt ofended and kept doing it."

"Our shower was extremely mouldy and the water would take forever to get slightly warm. My boyfriend got food poisoning from the lunch buffet and the pool had mould all around the edges. The location was good and the staff were very attentive and kind if you were at the beach. Parking was valet and very quick."
