However, our car, which was parked overnight in the hotel's outdoor lot, was unfortunately involved in a hit-and-run incident. Since my child had to rush to the competition, we reluctantly had to let the matter go unresolved. For Yihau, an integrated commercial complex in a city like Enping that frequently hosts events, such lax security management is truly disappointing."

"Outside the garden-view rooms are several large hot spring pools and foot baths. From check-in in the afternoon until the pools close at 11 pm, it was extremely noisy. It was either middle-aged women talking loudly or children laughing and shouting. Even with the balcony door closed, you could hear them clearly. Forget about getting any peace and quiet... The showerhead in the bathroom was poorly installed; the water sprayed directly onto their heads. Plus, there was a one-centimeter gap in the shower screen door, so water flooded the bathroom. My wife almost slipped and fell; it was very unsafe. Other aspects, the service and the quality of the hot springs were satisfactory. The breakfast included authentic Enping cuisine, which was commendable, but the food wasn't hot enough, which is a minus."

"The hotel scenery is quite nice! Some rooms have hot spring pools, which is also quite nice! There is free underground parking. Due to its somewhat remote location, the only convenient dining option is the hotel's Chinese and Western restaurants. The prices are reasonable, and the food is good. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well-maintained. Some upgrades would be appreciated. For example, the 30-inch TVs in the rooms now seem particularly small. Other star-rated hotels have much larger TVs, usually 55-65 inches. Also, I suggest extending breakfast hours to 11 am on weekends and holidays, like other newly opened star-rated hotels. Furthermore, the front desk has already agreed to notify guests to check out at 2 pm; there's no need for them to call and urge check-out before 1 pm, especially since a "Do Not Disturb" card has already been placed. They should usually call at 2 pm to notify guests. I hope the service can be improved."

"Good, great value for money. On the roadside by the river, bus No. 907 from Enping Station stops nearby, and there are parking spaces in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants if you walk perpendicular to the river, and the shopping mall is a 7-8 minute walk along the river. I booked the cheapest room, which had a window facing an outdoor fire escape. It was 69 yuan a night with various discounts offered by Ctrip. I was satisfied with the facilities and hygiene. What was unexpected was that rooms at this price had good chairs and tables for reading and working, with bright spotlights on them."
