"at first i booked one night family room and queen room for 6 of us. as we were going to london the next day and just visited oxford, this hotel just perfect for us. plenty of car parks. and food is halal , that s why the hotel rated muslim friendly. we tried the buffet breakfast and just great for a start to london trip. because of convenience and great stay, my hubby extend another 3 nights stay here before we flew back to Malaysia. "Located strategically next to a shopping precinct with walking distance. All goods from check in to check out process. The only exception is the hand wash tap in the bathroom been installed too far from the basin and it’s indeed difficult to use and water splashing all over. The other issue is leaking out from the bathroom after every shower. Room became cramp after the sofa bed setup for sleep. Breakfast is good but suggest they should alternate the menu with more variety. Otherwise, we been bored with the offering after stayed in for 6 nights"

"Quiet and cosy place. Rooms very traditional. Breakfast is acceptable. Jogging machine at the gym strangely facing a opaque wall. Not really a convenient place, unless you are driving. The first night we checked in, the receptionist said there was no double bed (deluxe king room we booked and prepaid) and gave us twin beds. Then the solo traveller who checked in after us got a deluxe king room. Apalling. All other staff are friendly and cheerful."
