"me and my family visited white hill in august. even though the place was very crowded, the service was great. the pool was clean, and at the right temperature. great cocktails were served at the pool bar and the prices were low compared to the area. definitely will come back."

"It's a villa type hotel not very far from the beach. The staff are nice and very friendly but the service is slow as they are understaffed. The wi fi isn't very strong in the room but the owner was kind enough to allow me to work at their cafe even midnight. They're very helpful."

"We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit."

"I had a reservation for October 11 & 12—a two-night stay. During my 2-night stay, I did not see a single hotel guest there! I was told by reception I was given an upgraded room; however, when I checked in, I noticed there was no safe in the room I was given. A safe was finally installed the next day after I complained to reception! Upon entering the room after check-in, I tried the TV. None of the stations worked! They all showed “no access!” I reported this too to reception. The first receptionist could not fix the TV nor the TV tech until the second receptionist fiddled around with it the next morning, and then I had access to a couple of channels! What’s more is that Delta Hotel in Dürres, Albania ran my credit card in March—seven months before my stay! On my first day at the hotel, I went to the dining room for breakfast but only to find out that there was no toaster in the dining room! When I asked the receptionist, she said, “we have a toaster, but it’s too heavy!” Worst hotel ever and the biggest fraud in 100 countries that I have visited in about thirty years!"

"Very nice accommodation. Super friendly staff!! Nice 4 person room. We where with 2 adults and 2 daugthers (age 5 and 9) Great breakfast. 🤤 Nice playground. Kids had a little horseride on the resort. Local products and nice Pool. We had also a ride through the wines yard from a very friendly man ( i think he is one of the owners) We ve been here for 5 nights. You can go to the beach in 15 minutes. Thank u so much for taken care of us. Especially for and from our daughters."
