Find the Cheap Dubai Hotels

I was very concerned when I booked this hotel as the reviews were really bad but thought of taking a chance and to my surprise, it was a very comfortable stay. Though the hotel looks old, the room was very clean with all amenities provided viz, kettle, teabags, glasses, tissue box, toilet rolls, bathroom slippers, towels, soap, body wash, shampoo etc. Room service was good, the location was super convenient, very friendly staff, and even got a FOC late checkout. Avoid the lower floors as they can be quite disturbing as the noise coming from the Indian dance bar (only if it bothers you) on the ground floor is really loud, and they are open till 3 a.m. Overall experience was good, and great value for money.

I came with my family to spend some time in Dubai. This hotel gave us a good experience. The food, housekeeping, rooms, staff were all top notch. A plus point was the easy access to the metro. It was definitely budget friendly. I would highly recommend Garden City to everyone.

This hotel is on an island. If you come to Dubai for the first time, it is not recommended. The environment and general public facilities are not in good condition.

5-7mins from metro, quite close but still not easy to walk during summer. Not very close to main attractions(different zone) Service was good. They upgraded our room to sweet-room which was sweet. Pool is currently under construction(remodeling). I could use holiday Inn pool instead but limited time only. There was quite loud noise during the night, I was staying at 4th floor. I didn’t mind much but anybody can’t sleep with little noise, probably stay either 1st floor or not here. Breakfast was fine. Nice 4 star hotel.

The is very good with very nice staff specially Rizwan from reception he is the nice gentleman good rooms but not big just a normal rooms wifi is good no free parking area location is very good near by every where.

Hotel is at a very good location. Able to catch awesome creek view. About 5-10 mins walk to train station. Hotel staffs is friendly and approachable whenever I met with issues during my stay. They have wide variety for breakfast buffet everyday is different dishes. Overall this hotel makes me feel so warm and enjoyable.

The location is not very good only good, breakfast is good , wifi is not good and goes off sometimes. The reception Philippine girls are not welcoming specially if you booked through app and if you have visitor they charge you 100 DHS without receipt. It is 2 star hotel .

Pros - large room - value for money - location Cons - the front desk staff didn't assist me even Im the one came to the desk first and I have to stand aside as his attention was on the other guests whose coming behind me. - unstable internet connection, it keeps disconnecting most of the time. - it get noisy at times like when someone using the washroom on the above floor you can hear the water on the drainage, sound from the club and people passing by the corridor. - old room vibe, the room needs renovation. - bathroom was fine but the toilet seat was not totally clean I saw some pee droplets and hairs so I have to wipe it myself. - the remote was not clean for a long time, Im not even sure if I want to touch that remote. - theres like 3 channels that are not working (see photo).

Gateway review March 2-12 We now consider ourselves to be regulars at this hotel. Having stayed in many of the high end hotels like Versace, Atlantis the Palm, Waldorf and Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, this is our favourite for many reasons. Friendly staff, ultra clean, good food, central area for transport and shopping. Great rooftop pool. Abu from Delhi on Security, Umam from Peshawar and John from Kenya and the others at the front entrance are all so helpful and friendly. Great for a chat and so kind. Reception staff are amazing and so helpful , Prakash orders our take away food orders 👍🏽. Dippin the manager is such a kind professional guy from Kerala who runs a great team, he kindly ensures I get a fabulous room to accommodate my mobility issue, many many thanks kind sir. In the pool it is Rishi who takes great care of us, a lovely young guy from Sri Lanka. The restaurant staff are exemplary and genuine. Jyoti is so sweet and very knowledgeable for one so young, she gave me Jain food one morning at my request as I was curious. Ahmed and Khalid from Egypt are so kind and good mannered. They all make breakfast a delight. Minuka is a little treasure and all the staff are but I don’t know all the names yet. As I’ve previously said don’t be looking for balconies or views as there are none. It ticks all the boxes and makes a very pleasant stay. See you all next month Inshallah.

Stayed at Beach Walk hotel for 3 nights in February 2023 with my husband and we liked it very much. It is just a short walk to the beach. There are nice jogging/walking/biking paths along the beaches that are lit at night. Several nice restaurants within 10 min walk. Every morning we enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet at the hotel. The choices, the freshness, the taste and presentation of the food were very good, especially considering the reasonable price of 55 UAE dirha. The hotel staff was helpful and made us feel special.
