"2nd time stay for me and February stay was very good indeed . But this time , because of changing plans , i try to early check in just for a shower for my appointment. Receptionist offer me 1 day money to pay , which is absurd. Not good attitude also , which is not acceptable in service sector. Hotel is a bit old , and you have to wait at breakfast queue. Parking is big enough, although its a bit confusing because apartments and hotel same parking."

"Very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and dishonest. She woke me up in the morning accusing me of not paying and I had one more guest ( my friend just came to drop me off and help with luggage), even though I had already shown my receipt. No proper cleaning was done—my dustbin was never emptied and I had to sleep on the same linen for 6 days. Totally unprofessional service."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool throughout my stay."

"Though we had stayed at the hotel less than 10 days ago, we had to go through the tedious registration process (original passport, e-mail address, etc.) once again. The shaver lamp in the bathroom did not work, same problem in the previous room. attention to detail seems to be a problem for house maintenance. While the Pearl Creek view has its pros, it also means signifikant traffic noise from the street and loud music from the tourist boats in the evening. Late at night, everything is quiet. In summary, the hotel scores with its excellent location and some of the advantages of a chain hotel."

"A very good and inexpensive hotel. NOT luxury, rather for those who came for work. For the money - just top. The rooms are spacious and clean, worn furniture and a sink-shower, but they clean every day, fresh linen and towels, free water with daily replacement. Very good food! They feed you really decently. Both breakfast and dinner. There are two bars right in the hotel. The Indian one has CHEAP beer. On the top floor there is a spa and a small but decent pool. In general, if you are traveling on business, without requests and expectations of super-premium, this is a great option!"
